Abstract

Sistema de clavo cerrojado para la reconstruccion artrodesis en fracturas de calcaneo que comprende un clavo (1), varios tornillos calcaneos-astragalinos (2), una guia (3), tubos guias, broca, medidor de profundidad, atornillador canulado, diapason, broca con tope y clavo-aguja de referencia cuyo objeto principal es la reconstruccion de las fracturas conminutas graves del calcaneo en el humano y la fijacion de este hueso una vez reconstruida su forma principal al astragalo para conseguir que se artrodese o fusione a este.
