Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un nuevo derivado 3,9-diazabiciclo[3.3.1]nonero y sus enantiomeros y a su uso como ingrediente activo en la preparacion de composiciones farmaceuticas. La invencion tambien se refiere a aspectos relacionados que incluyen procesos para la preparacion de los compuestos, composiciones farmaceuticas que contienen al menos un compuesto de la formula (I) o (I) y especialmente a su uso como inhibidores de renina.
