Description
The invention relates to the protection circuitry of at least two DC motors connected in parallel, thus forming an electrical group which drives one or more mechanisms of the same technical parameters.
U základních podmínek se jedná o ochranu stejnosměrných motorů před přetížením a zkratem, o ochranu před zkratem v budicím obvodu a o ochranu před ztrátou budicího napětí. The connection of DC motors is common for all devices, mechanisms, both in metallurgical and other industrial operations, where continuous speed control is required throughout the speed range, with frequent start-up and stopping or reversing. The anchor circuits of a group of DC motors are supplied, for example, from a controlled thyristor converter, and the motors are then driven from a DC constant voltage source. In practice, the above-mentioned connection method for DC motors requires operational reliability, operability and compliance with the safety conditions and respective protection of individual motors. These conditions can be classified as basic and operational. The basic conditions are protection of DC motors against overload and short circuit, protection against short circuit in excitation circuit and protection against loss of excitation voltage. The operating conditions include switching the group anchor circuit, ie unblocking the thyristor converter, after energizing the motor excitation circuit, switching off the group anchoring circuit, ie blocking the thyristor converter, in case of loss of excitation voltage and individually switching on or off the anchor circuits for individual DC engines. The operating conditions also include a requirement to turn off the anchor circuit of the respective motor upon loss or interruption of its excitation circuit without tripping the anchor circuit of the entire group of DC motors. Furthermore, the requirement to turn off the anchor circuit of the whole group, respectively to block the thyristor transducer in case of loss of excitation voltage, without tripping the individual parallel connected anchor circuits of the DC motors. When the excitation circuit is switched on again, the request to switch on the group anchor circuit, ie unlocking the thyristor converter, only after energizing the excitation circuit of the motors. The basic conditions are clear and will therefore not be assessed in the present case. However, operating conditions must be assessed. Their analysis found that by using contactors for individual anchor circuits of DC motors with corresponding current sensors, only the condition of switching the group anchor circuit, ie unblocking of the thyristor converter, after the excitation of the motor excitation circuit and for individual DC motors. By using circuit breakers in the anchor circuits of individual DC motors that are normally tripped when the minimum excitation is lost from the minimum current sensors, only the above conditions have been met, including the tripping condition of the motor's anchor circuit when the excitation circuit is lost or interrupted. anchoring circuit of the whole group of DC motors.

The disadvantage of the existing solutions is that in case of an excitation source failure, ie in case of loss of voltage on the constant DC voltage network, the individual circuit breakers switch off all parallel connected DC motors from the anchor power supply. In practice, this always means considerable time loss and extra work, unnecessarily spent on checking and re-closing all anchor contacts of DC circuit breakers, which are usually mounted in so-called circuit breakers or directly in switchboards. A similar case may occur when starting DC motors. When these motors are re-energized, ie when the field circuit is energized, the normally open circuit breakers of the anchor circuit breakers re-energize via the normally closed contacts of the dropped minimum current relays in the control circuits, which are normally powered from their own separate mains. DC motors.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje zapojení obvodu ochrany podle vynálezu, který sestává z čidel minimálního proudu buzení, čidla součtového minimálního proudu buzení, hradla, vyhodnocovacího bloku, řídicího bloku a regulátoru pohonů.These disadvantages are overcome by the wiring of the protection circuit according to the invention, which consists of the minimum excitation current sensors, the minimum minimum excitation current sensor, the gate, the evaluation block, the control block and the drive controller.
The principle of the circuit according to the invention is that the outputs of the individual sensors of the minimum excitation current of the DC motors are connected to the corresponding information inputs of the evaluation block, whose blocking outputs are connected to the corresponding control inputs of the anchor circuit breakers of the individual DC motors. The negative input fieldbus of the DC motors is then coupled to the voltage input of the evaluation block, the gate input of which is connected to a gate output whose voltage input is connected to the positive polarity fieldbus of the DC motors to which the minimum minimum current sensor is connected. excitation. The output of this sensor is connected to the information input of the control block whose first control input is connected to the control input of the drive controller and the second control output to the control input of the anchor contactor.
S budicími vinutími jednotlivých stejnosměrných motorů Ml až Mn jsou v sérii spojena čidla li až ln minimálního proudu buzení a celý budicí obvod je jištěn ochranným jističem QB.The circuit according to the invention is schematically illustrated by way of example in a block diagram in the accompanying drawing. As can be seen from the block diagram, the protection circuit of the parallel-connected DC motors according to the invention consists of the minimum excitation current sensors 1 to 1 n, the minimum excitation current sensors 2, such as current relays, gates 3 realized by relays and diodes. 4 and control block 5, which in this case also consist of a relay. The protection circuit according to the invention also comprises a drive controller 6 with a thyristor transducer realized by means of passive elements. Individual blocks 1 to 6 are then connected so that the outputs of the individual sensors L t and L n of the minimum field current motors Mi through Mn are connected with corresponding information inputs AI to A n of the evaluation unit 4, the locking outputs bi and b n are connected to the corresponding control inputs ki up to the "anchor circuit breakers Qi to Q" of the individual DC motors M1 to Mn. A negative input polarity of the DC motors M1 to Mn is then connected to the bus B of the evaluation motor 4, the input of which is connected to the gate output 3, whose voltage input c is connected to the positive motor polarity bus A of the DC motor. M1 to Mn, to which also the summation minimum excitation current sensor 2 is also connected. The output of this sensor 2 is connected to the information input f of control block 5, the first control output g of which is connected to the control input i of the drive controller 6 and the second control output h to the control input j of the contactor Κμ. then the anchor circuit breakers Qi to Qn are connected and the main contacts of the anchor circuit breaker Kl, the quick disconnect switch Q A and the choke t are connected in the main supply circuit. The minimum current excitation sensors li to l n and the entire excitation circuit are connected in series is protected by a protective circuit breaker Q B.
Funkce obvodu ochrany podle vynálezu je následující:The function of the protection circuit according to the invention is as follows:
V případě ztráty buzení některého z paralelně spojených stejnosměrných motorů Ml až Mn zapůsobí příslušné čidlo li až ln minimálního proudu buzení a vyšle impuls do vyhodnocovacího bloku 4, na jehož odpovídajícím výstupu bi až bn se objeví signál pro vypnutí kotevních jističů Qi až Qn v kotevním obvodu příslušného stejnosměrného motoru Ml až Mn. Ostatní kotevní obvody jednotlivých stejnosměrných motorů Ml až Mn zůstávají sepnuty a tyto motory Ml až Mn jsou tedy i nadále v provozu. In case of loss of excitation of one of the parallel connected DC motors M1 to M n, the respective sensor Li to 1 n of the minimum excitation current acts and sends a pulse to the evaluation block 4, whose corresponding output bi to b n n in the anchor circuit of the respective DC motor M1 to Mn. The other anchor circuits of the individual DC motors M1 to Mn remain closed and these motors M1 to Mn remain in operation. If the excitation circuit of the DC motors M1 to Mn is switched off, or the voltage in the constant voltage network is lost due to the failure of the undisturbed power supply, or the circuit breaker Q b is tripped in the excitation line, the anchor circuit breakers Q1 to Qn Mn. Indeed, the evaluation block 4 is immediately disabled by its voltage input d and the input e by the loss of voltage at these inputs d, e. Possible revival of the evaluation block 4 by the opposite direction current, which acts in parallel with switching off or loss of excitation circuit connected DC motors M1 to Mn, prevents gate 3, which is serially connected between bus A with positive polarity of excitation circuit and gate input e of evaluation block 4. At this fault, simultaneously the sensor 2 of total minimum excitation current acts on its output. The output signal on the second control output h of the control block 5 acts to switch off the anchor contactor K1, thereby disconnecting all the anchor circuits of the DC motors M1 to Mn from the power supply, i.e. in the present case, from the thyristor converter and the output. gnal at the first control output g causes the command signal in the drive controller 6 to be disconnected at the same time, which results in tripping - blocking - of the thyristor converter. The anchor circuit breakers Q1 to Qn of the DC motors M1 to Mn continue to be switched on during this fault.
