Ocel na odlitky odolná proti abrazivnímu a erozivnímu opotřebení obsahuje v hmotnostní koncentraci kromě železa 1,0 áž 2,0 % uhlíků, 10 až 14 % chrómu, 0,2 a, 1,0 % kře-, míku, 0,6 až 1,8 % manganu, 0,008 až 0,06 % fosforu' a 0,008 až 0,06 % síry. Její podstata spočívá v tom, že dále obsahuje v hmotnostní koncentraci 0,001 až 0,005 % boru, 0,05 až 0,2 % vanadu a 0,01 až 0,1 % hliníku. Description
The invention relates to a wear-resistant casting steel which is particularly suitable for highly dynamically stressed machine components exposed to intense abrasive or erosive wear.
Currently, low to medium alloyed cast steels with martensitic structure are used for dynamically stressed machine components exposed to intense, abrasive or erosive wear, which have high flexural strength and toughness. However, their disadvantage is low resistance to abrasive or erosive wear.
( Furthermore, chromium ledeburitic steels with a mass content of 1.2 to 2.0%; carbon and 10 to 12% chromium are used for the above purposes, which show high resistance to abrasive and erosive wear. After quenching and low-temperature tempering, they show a hardness in the range of 58 to 65 HRC. With increasing carbon content, eutectic carbides, precipitated in the form of a continuous network, which reduces the bending strength, increase. Another disadvantage of the above chromium ledeburitic steel is a coarse primary grain with large sharp-edged eutectic carbides, large non-metallic inclusions, micro-shrinkages and zones formed during crystallization in the central region of thick-walled castings. These formations act as micro-concentrators of stress, during hardening, cracks form in their vicinity, which spread under dynamic stress until the component breaks. (
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje ocel na odlitky odolná proti abrazivnímu a erozivnímu opotřebení obsahující v hmotnostní koncentraci kromě železa 1,0 a, 2,0 % uhlíku, 10 až 14 % chrómu, 0,2 až 1,0 % křemíku, 0,6 až 1,8 % manganu, 0,008 až 0,06 % fosforu a 0,008 až 0,06 °/o síry, jejíž podstata spočívá v tom, že dále obsahuje v hmotnostní koncentraci 0,001 až .0,005 % boru, 0,05 až 0,2 % vanadu a 0,01 až 0,1 % hliníku, dále ocel může obsahovat v hmotnostní koncentraci 0,01 a, 0,3 % zirkonu a 0,01 až 0,1 fl/o titanu. The above-mentioned shortcomings are eliminated by steel for castings resistant to abrasive and erosive wear containing, in addition to iron, 1.0 to 2.0% carbon, 10 to 14% chromium, 0.2 to 1.0% silicon, 0.6 to 1.8% manganese, 0.008 to 0.06% phosphorus and 0.008 to 0.06% sulfur in mass concentration, the essence of which lies in the fact that it further contains in mass concentration 0.001 to .0.005% boron, 0.05 to 0.2% vanadium and 0.01 to 0.1% aluminum, and the steel may further contain in mass concentration 0.01 to 0.3% zirconium and 0.01 to 0.1 fl /o titanium.
The advantage of the steel for castings according to the invention is that eutectic carbides are precipitated in the form of a continuous network to a lesser extent. Another advantage is also the refinement of the primary grain and thus an increase in bending work and bending strength at the same hardness. Another advantage is the elimination of the central zone of the casting.
The invention is described in more detail with examples of its implementation.
