This method of producing steel with a shortened reduction period is initiated by deoxidation of aluminum and the addition of fluorspar or bauxite to form a reduction slag on the surface of the steel, freed from oxidation slag. The essence of the invention is that during the melting of the reduction slag, a mixture of powdered ferrosilicon with aluminum in a ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:0.5 is added to the slag and then, at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes, at least two doses of an aluminum mixture with an aluminum content of 70 to 90% by weight in an amount of 10 to 20 kg/t of reduction slag until a concentration ratio (CaO - SiO2Al2O3) of 1.0 to 2.5 is achieved in the tapped slag.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing steel in an electric arc furnace, in which high quality steel is produced under advantageous technical-economic conditions.

One known method of producing steel in an electric arc furnace is the technology under one etruscan, in which the melting of the mills is finished under the furnace. High furnace production is achieved, but the disadvantage of this method is the low quality of the steel produced, in particular its inadequate micro-purity, high oxygen and sulfur content and the possibility of using this technology only in the production of certain types of steel. Also known is a method of producing steel in an electric arc furnace with a two-stage slag mode, where the melt is refined under an oxidic etruscan and completes under an etruscan reducing. Etruscan white or kerbidl is used as reducing Etruscan. Reducing Etruscan is made up of lime and fluorspar and ferosillico ingredients. The properties of this slag are checked during manufacture by assessing the degree of disintegration of the etruscan sample as a result of the modification of the calcium silicate modification to its modification at an etruscan temperature of about 675 ° C. The disadvantage of the method of production under this reducing etruscan is its relatively low refining efficiency at the beginning of the reduction period, the relatively long duration of the reduction period and the difficulty of controlling the melt in order to achieve an optimal bath composition. Another disadvantage is the deterioration of the viscosity and refining efficiency of this slag due to the presence of magnesium oxide entering the etrusk due to wear of the furnace lining. In order to improve the desulfurization effect of the etrusk during tapping, one portion of aluminum grits can be added to the reduction slag shortly after tapping. However, this additive no longer affects the reaction between the etruscan and the metal in the furnace and does not affect the shortening of the melting time, nor does it significantly alter the quality of the steel produced. In the above-mentioned steel production processes, alloying elements β are usually added with higher affinity for oxygen, in particular manganese, chromium and nickel alloys, during the reduction period, when a sufficiently effective reducing etruscan is formed. However, the melting of these additives increases the duration of the reduction period and the total melting time. If ferro-chromium and feroniob are added to the bath at the beginning of the reduction period, some of the chromium and niobium oxides pass into the slag and cause a significant increase in its viscosity and further reduce its refining efficiency.

These disadvantages are overcome by the method of production of steel in an electric arc furnace with a reduced reduction period according to the invention, in which the steel is deoxidized at the beginning of the reduction period and not the oxidized etruscus-free steel level. or bauxite. The essence of the invention is that during the smelting of the reducing etrusk, a mixture of powder ferro-silica with aluminum in a ratio of 1: 0.1 to 1: 0.5 is added to the slag and then at least two doses of aluminum mixture β containing aluminum 70 up to 90% by weight in an amount of 10 to 20 kg / t of reducing slag until a concentration ratio (CaO - SiOgbAlgO? of 1.0 to 2.5 in tapping) is reached.

Po tuto dobu ee vždy udrží nízkáThe method for producing steel in an electric arc furnace according to the invention is based on the finding that, in the composition of a reducing slag in which the concentration ratio (CaO - SiOghAlgO-j is from 1.0 to 2.5), a high desulfurization and descaling rate is achieved. It does not decrease even when the magnitude of the magnesium oxide in the etrusca increases due to wear of the furnace lining, since the viscosity of the teat decreases with the increase in the concentration of magnesium oxide. 10 to 15 minutes, during which time ee always keeps low

Nedojde proto k oxidaxi legujících prvků obsažených v lázni, tj. chrómu, niobu, křemíku, a přechodu kysličníků těchto prvků do etrusky. Je proto účelné přisadit již na začátku redukčního období feromangan.215 662 the value of oxygen activity in the slag at the usual level of oxygen partial pressure in the furnace atmosphere. Therefore, there will be no oxidaxing of the alloying elements contained in the bath, i.e., chromium, niobium, silicon, and the oxidation of these elements to the Etruscan. The burn-out of the alloying elements is avoided and at the same time the viscosity of the Etruscan is not increased even if these elements are already added at the beginning of the reduction period. The rate of desulfurization of the steel under the reducing etruscus is considerably higher if the steel has a higher manganese content. It is therefore advisable to add ferro-manganese at the beginning of the reduction period.

Výhodou způsobu výroby oceli v elektrická oblouková peci podle vynálezu je zkrácení redukčního období a tím i celá doby trvání tavby. Další výhodou je snížení spotřeby elektrické energie, a to jednak zkrácením doby tavby, jednak využitím tepla exotermické reakce hliníková směsi ve etruece. Přitom se zvýší výrobnost elektrické obloukové pece a výrazně zlepší jakost vyrobené oceli z hlediska obsahu kyslíku, síry a nekovových vměstků. Propal legujících prvků je poměrné malý a znamená nejen úsporu legur, ale i zpřesnění chemického složení vyrobené oceli, Těchto výhod ae dosáhne £ při zhoršeném stavu pecní vyzdívky v závěru pecní kampaně.The advantage of the method of producing steel in the electric arc furnace according to the invention is that the reduction period and thus the entire duration of the melting is reduced. Another advantage is the reduction of electric energy consumption, both by reducing the melting time and by utilizing the heat of the exothermic reaction of the aluminum mixture in the etruce. This will increase the production of the electric arc furnace and significantly improve the quality of the steel produced in terms of oxygen, sulfur and non-metallic inclusions. The burn of alloying elements is relatively small and not only saves alloying, but also refines the chemical composition of the steel produced. These advantages are achieved when the furnace lining deteriorates at the end of the furnace campaign.

K bližšímu osvětlení podstaty vynálezu se dále uvádí příklad způsobu výroby octli o složení v hmotnostních %: 0,11 až 0,16 % uhlíku, 0,35 až 0,55 % manganu, 0,20 až 0,35 % křemíku, stopy až 0,020 % fosforu, stopy až 0,020 % síry, 3,25 až 3,65 % niklu a 0,65 až 0,85 % ohromu, zbytek železo a obvyklá příměsi, v 50 t elektrické obloukové peci. Odpichové struska měla složení v hmotnostních %: 13,25 % kysličníku křemičitého, 22,20 % kysličníku hořečnatého, 44,42 % kysličníku vápenatého, 13,88-% kysličníku hlinitého a dále 0,65 % kysličníku železnatého, 0,60 % kysličníku manganatého a 0,10 % kysličníku chromitého, přičemž poměr koncentrací (CaO - SiOg): sAlgO^ činil 2,24. Ocel měla po dolegování křemíkem následující složeni v hmotnostních %:In order to illustrate the invention in greater detail, an example of a process for the preparation of octli in a composition by weight: 0.11 to 0.16% carbon, 0.35 to 0.55% manganese, 0.20 to 0.35% silicon, traces to 0.020% phosphorus, traces up to 0.020% sulfur, 3.25 to 3.65% nickel and 0.65 to 0.85% overwhelming, the remainder iron and usual impurities, in a 50 t electric arc furnace. Upon completion of refining and recovery of the oxidation slag, the steel was deoxidized with 100 kg of aluminum in the poles attached to the rod and immediately thereafter 200 kg of ferro-manganese and 400 kg of ferochrome were added to the steel. 1600 kg of lime and 250 kg of fluorspar were then added; approximately 2 t of reducing etrusks were formed after melting the two ingredients. At 8 minutes after the addition of the slag-forming substances, 140 kg of ground ferosilicon together with 30 kg of aluminum concentrate were deposited on the slag. Then, at 10 minute intervals, the slag was dropped with two portions of aluminum concentrate, each weighing 20 kg. After sampling, the following weight% Etruscan composition was found: 15.05% silica, 21.80% magnesium oxide, 33.75% calcium oxide, 11.22% alumina and 1.05% ferrous oxide. 65% manganese oxide and 0.25% chromium trioxide. Since the concentration ratio of ICaO-SiOgbAlgO4 was 2.65, a further dose of 30 kg of aluminum concentrate was added 12 minutes after the previous addition of the additive, followed by tapping. The tapping slag had a composition in weight%: 13.25% silica, 22.20% magnesium oxide, 44.42% calcium oxide, 13.88% alumina and 0.65% iron oxide, 0.60% oxide % of manganese and 0.10% chromium trioxide with a concentration ratio (CaO - SiO2): sAlgO2 of 2.24. The steel had the following composition in weight% after silicon alloying:

0,15 % uhlíku, 0,51 % manganu, 0,25 % křemíku, 0,007 % foeforu, 0,008 % síry, 3,42 % niklu,0.15% carbon, 0.51% manganese, 0.25% silicon, 0.007% phosphorus, 0.008% sulfur, 3.42% nickel,

0,76 % chrómu a 0,018 % hliníku, zbytek železo a obvyklé příměsi. Celková doba trvání redukčního období činila 45 minut a byla o 25 minut kratší než při dosud snímám postupu výroby.0.76% chromium and 0.018% aluminum, the remainder iron and conventional additives. The oxygen content was 0.0035% by weight, and the Jernkontoret ' s purity on rolled samples ranged from 0.95 to 1.1. The total duration of the reduction period was 45 minutes and was 25 minutes shorter than in the production process.

Při tavení redukční etrusky byla na strusku přisazena směs tvořená 160 kg feroeillcia a 25 kg granulovaného hliník· a v průběhul redukcebyly v desetiminutových intervalech přisazeny na strusku 3 dávkyAnother example is the production of steel of the same quality as in the previous example. During the melting of the reduction slag, a mixture of 160 kg of ferroillillium and 25 kg of granulated aluminum was added to the slag, and 3 doses were added to the slag at 10-minute intervals during the reduction.

215 662 hliníkové směsi, z nichž každé obsahovala 20 kg granulovaného hliníku a 5 kg drobného vápna Podle analýzy odpichové etrusky bylo zjištěno, že poměr koncentrací (CaO - SiOghAlgO^ ve atruace činil 1,35, a proto byla dohotovená ocel bez dalěíoh přísad odpíchnuté z pece.215 662 aluminum mixtures, each containing 20 kg of granulated aluminum and 5 kg of fine lime According to the tapping etruscus analysis, the concentration ratio (CaO - SiOghAlgO 4 in the atrium was 1.35) and therefore the finished steel without further additives was tapped from care.
