Description

The invention relates to larger alloy parts with Cr contents of 5 to 30%, Mn of 0.1 to 6% and other alloying elements such as Mo, V, Ti, Ni up to a total content of 10%, subjected to dynamic impacts such as jaws, cones, shells and bandages used in equipment for crushing or mixing minerals and similar materials.

These parts are still manufactured as solid from 12% Mn steel. This steel is sufficiently strong, but its abrasion resistance depends on the degree of hardening in the working process. Compared to steels and cast iron containing 5 to 30% Cr, 1 to 4% C and other alloys, 12% Mn steel is significantly less abrasion resistant. However, the production of these abrasion-resistant parts from high-alloy Cr alloys has not been introduced yet, as they are brittle and would break in operation. Mechanical processing of Cr materials, which can only be ground, is very difficult. The production of the above-mentioned low and medium alloy alloys does not bring advantages, the increased costs are not adequate for a longer service life. Likewise, other ways of increasing the life of these components, such as welding with special electrodes, have not been used for high manufacturing effort.

The abovementioned drawbacks are eliminated by an abrasion-resistant alloy component with a Cr content of 5 to 30%, an Mn of 0.1 to 6% and other alloying elements such as Mo, V, Ti, Ni up to a total content of 10% / o. The support part is formed by a supporting part and a working part, the dividing plane of which is parallel to or converging with the working surface, the supporting part embracing the working part from at least two sides.

Využitím konstrukce otěruvzdorných dílců podle vynálezu se dosáhne zvýšením životnosti dílců, zvýšení produkce a hospodárnosti zařízení a úspory kovových materiálů.By utilizing the construction of the wear-resistant parts according to the invention, it is achieved by increasing the service life of the parts, increasing the production and economy of the device and saving metal materials.

An exemplary embodiment of a wear member according to the invention is shown in the drawing, wherein Fig. 1 shows the application of the solution to the crushing jaw and Fig. 2 to the crushing cone.

The support part 1 encircles the work part 2 on the surfaces to be machined and others which serve to be fixed with the work part 2. The support part 1 catches the stresses caused during the work of the workpiece and allows only minimal deformation of the work part 2 so that it does not break. The thickness of the working part 2 corresponds at least to the thickness of the metal to be worn. Since it is known that the wear does not proceed uniformly, it is possible to adjust the thickness and shape of the wear part 2 according to the actual wear rate of the component. For this reason, the support part 1 has at least two abutment surfaces. The dividing plane 3 of the two parts 1, 2 is parallel to or converging with the working surface 4. The joining of both parts 1 and 2 is achieved by pouring the metal of the support part 1 onto the solid metal of the working part 2. or depressions B and at the same time make an inverted draft.

According to the design, the jaws of the crusher with an output of approx. Crushed aggregate, using 12% Cr-containing steel, tempered to 550 MB hardness, and the carrier was cast from 650 MPa carbon steel as abrasion-resistant material. The lifetime was increased by 70 to 100% over the 12% Mn steel jaws used up to now, when crushing aggregates containing a significant percentage of quartz.
