Abstract
Cílem vynáleau je pokrývání polovodičových přístrojů hmotou, u níž se dosahuje hladký povrch, který nemá póry a trhliny a také vysoká odolnost vůči klimatickým účinkům při elektrickém zatížení a kromé toho, zajišiuje se vysoká životnost nevyužité hmoty pro povlaky. Úkol, vynálezu spočívá v tom, aby se vyloučilo použití hermetických těles a odstranily nedostatky již známých způsobů ponořování, a kromě toho, aby se zajistily nové provozní jakosti pro polovodičové přístroje zpracované ponořením s tím, že se musí najiti stejnorodý systém složek jako hmota pro pokrytí. The components are applied to the semiconductor devices in a given sequence one after the other in several dippings, each dipping is followed by drying and thus do not come into contact with each other. After this, the semiconductor devices are left to stand at a temperature above 100 °C, mainly at 120 °C. It is possible to carry out a targeted growth of a layer of silicone rubber with a viscosity of 70,000 ± 20,000 mPa.c.
