Abstract
Vynález sa týká rozoberatelného zariadenia s rámom pre zdvíhanie imobilných chorých, pri ktorom sa rieši bezpečné a 1'ahké zdvihnutie imobilného chorého z nemocničného lůžka. Zariadenie pozostáva z nosného rámu a zdvíhaciebo zariadenia pozostávajúceho ž dvoch podstavcov. V podstavcoch sú umiestnené zdvíhacie skrutky ukončené ramenami, na ktoré sa uloží nosný rám a otáčaním kluky sa potom chorý zdvihne do potrebnej výšky, čo umožní hygienickú očistu, ošetřeme pokožky vystavenej tlakovému zaťaženiu a výměnu prádla spod chorého.The invention relates to a detachable device with a frame for lifting immobile patients, which solves the problem of safe and easy lifting of an immobile patient from a hospital bed. The device consists of a supporting frame and a lifting device consisting of two pedestals. The pedestals are equipped with lifting screws ending in arms, on which the supporting frame is placed and by turning the crank, the patient is then lifted to the required height, which allows for hygienic cleaning, care of skin exposed to pressure loads and changing of the patient's underwear.

Vynález sa týká rozoberatelného zariadenia s rámom pre zdvíhanie imobilných chorých, pri ktorom sa rieši bezpečné a lahké zdvihnutie imobilného chorého z nemocničného lůžka.
Zariadenie pozostáva z nosného rámu a zdvíhacieho zariadenia pozostávajúceho z dvoch podstavcov. V podstavcoch sú umiestnené zdvíhacie skrutky ukončené ramenami, na ktoré sa uloží nosný rám a otáčaním kluky sa potom chorý zdvihne do potrebnej výšky, čo umožní hygienickú očistu, ošetřeme pokožky vystavenej tlakovému zaťaženiu a výměnu prádla spod chorého.

Doteraz známe obdobné zariadenia sú na principe mechanického ramena, kde pacient je zdvíhaný pomocou popruhov upevněných v jednom bode a tým nastáva možnosť k jeho nežiadúcemu pohybu. Sú známe tiež ložka so- zdvíhacím zariadením. Ich nevýhodou je, že pre každého pacienta potřebujeme toto špeciálne lóžko, jeho obsluha je zložltá a náklady na výrobu sú neúmerne vysoké.
Uvedené nevýhody sú zmiernené rozoberatelným zariadením s rámom pre zdvíhanie imobilných chorých podía vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že zdvíhacie zariadenie je tvořené dvoma podstavcami, ktoré sú navzájom rozoberateíne spojené spojovacou týčou opatřenou prostriedkaml na přenos krútiaceho momentu, pričom podstavce sú opatřené zdvíhacími skrutkami ukončenými ramenami pre nosný rám s popruhami.
Použitím rozoberatelného zariadenia s rámom pre zdvíhanie imobilných chorých sa dosiahne bezpečnejšie a 1'ahšie zdvíhanie imobilného chorého a postačuje jedno také zariadenie na čelom oddělení.
Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněný příklad vybudovania rozoberateíného zariadenia s rámom pre zdvíhanie imobilných chorých podía vynálezu, kde na obr. 1 je znázorněné zariadenie v náryse na obr. 2 v bokoryse a na obr. 3 v půdoryse.
Nosný rám 10 sa položí na postel chorého a pod ním sa převleču a upnu k nosnému rámu 10 pomocou závěsných hákov 12 popruhy 11 křížovým, připadne priečnym spósobom, ako aj vrchné popruhy zabezpečujúce chorého. Takto připravený nosný rám 10 sa uloží na ramená 28 zdvíhacieho zariadenia 20, ktoré bolo postavené a zložené priamo pri posteli. Připravené zariadenie je připravené k zdvíhaniu imobilného pacienta. Samotné zdvíhanie sa vykoná tak, že pomocou kíuky 24 otáčame hlavný kuželový převod 23 a pomocou spojovacej tyče 25 aj kuželový ozubený převod 21. Tým sa vysúvajú zdvíhacie skrutky 26 z podstavcov 22 a nastáva zdvíhanie chorého. Po vyčistění pod chorým, připadne prezlečením prádla, sa opat chorý pomaly spustí na postel', uvolnia sa popruhy 11, odloží sa nosný rám 10 ako aj celé rozoberateíné zariadenie, připadne sa použije na zdvíhanie druhého chorého.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a detachable device with a frame for lifting immobile patients in which a safe and easy lifting of an immobile patient from a hospital bed is solved.
The device consists of a support frame and a lifting device consisting of two bases. In the bases, there are lifting bolts terminated by the arms, on which the supporting frame is placed and the boys are then lifted to the required height, allowing hygienic cleaning, treatment of the skin exposed to the pressure load and changing the underwear of the patient.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a detachable device with a frame for lifting immobile patients, in which a safe and easy lifting of an immobile patient from a hospital bed is solved.
Known similar devices are based on the principle of a mechanical arm, where the patient is lifted by means of straps fastened at one point and thus the possibility of its undesirable movement occurs. A lifting device is also known. Their disadvantage is that we need this special bed for each patient, its operation is complex and the production costs are disproportionately high.
The above drawbacks are alleviated by a detachable device with a frame for lifting immobile patients according to the invention, the principle of which is that the lifting device is formed by two pedestals which are detachably connected to each other by a connecting torque-carrying means, the pedestals being provided with lifting bolts terminated by the arms for carrying frame with straps.
By using a detachable device with a frame for lifting immobile patients, a safer and easier lifting of the immobile patient is achieved and one such device at the head of the ward is sufficient.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of a disassembling device with a frame for lifting immobile illnesses according to the invention is shown, wherein in Fig. 1 the device is shown in side view in Fig. 2 and in plan view in Fig. 3.
The support frame 10 is placed on the bed of the sick person and underneath it is slipped over and clamped to the support frame 10 by means of the suspension hooks 12 with the cross straps 11 and the upper straps securing the patient. The support frame 10 thus prepared is placed on the arms 28 of the lifting device 20 which has been built and folded directly beside the bed. The prepared device is ready to lift an immobile patient. The lifting itself is carried out by rotating the main bevel gear 23 and the bevel gear 21 by means of a crank 24. Thus, the lifting bolts 26 are pulled out of the bases 22 and the patient is lifted. After cleansing under the patient, eventually removing the laundry, the patient is slowly lowered to the bed, the straps 11 are released, the support frame 10 as well as the entire disassembling device are removed, or used to lift the other patient.
