Description

Vynález se týká zapojení k měření a vyhodnocování parametrů vibrací, zejména vibrací rotačních soustrojí s tepelnými turbínami a kompresory. The invention relates to a circuit for measuring and evaluating the vibration parameters, in particular the vibrations of rotary sets with heat turbines and compressors.

The safe operation of rotary sets, especially steam and gas turbines and compressors, requires continuous vibration measurement during operation. The vibration measurement of these sets is greatly hampered by the fact that vibration sensors are often exposed to excessive temperatures, acceleration and considerable amplitude, which in operation often has many times higher than the nominal value. The signals from the vibration sensors, although mostly linear in nature, are relatively weak, so considerable amplification is essential for further processing. The main requirements for vibration measuring devices are operational reliability, accuracy, resistance to elevated temperature, ease of operation, the possibility of switching the measuring range and, in particular, reliable evaluation and signaling of reaching pre-set warning and protection limits.

V současné době existuje řada zapojení k měření a vyhodnocování vibrací. Currently, there are a number of connections for measuring and evaluating vibration. In most known installations, the signal from the vibration sensor is routed to the output amplifier and integrator, from which it is routed to the diode detector where it is rectified. The rectified signal thus obtained, which is proportional to the magnitude of the vibrations, is then fed to both a pointing device and to one or two comparators connected in parallel to evaluate the adjustable limits. In some circuits, the rectified signal is routed in parallel via an isolation amplifier to the analog output terminals for possible connection to a recording instrument, a control panel, etc. The disadvantage of these circuits is that they do not allow switching of measuring ranges and exhibit impaired linearity of measurement. In the failure modes of the equipment under test, these connections do not allow the maximum vibration to be identified.

Other known vibration measurement and evaluation circuits have a scaling amplifier connected downstream of the input amplifier and integrator, which allows the measurement range to be changed. The AC signal from the scaling amplifier is routed to the diode detector, and from there the rectified signal is routed in parallel to the meter, comparators, and decoupling amplifier, as in the above case. The disadvantage of this most commonly used wiring is that when the measuring range is switched, the original settings of the comparators remain the same, so that when switched to a higher sensitivity, the comparator may be affected and the controlled equipment may be shut down.

Therefore, in order to avoid these undesirable consequences, some manufacturing companies use interlock switches connected to comparator outputs. However, the above-mentioned measures result in the permanent deactivation of the warning and protection of the controlled set if the return is omitted. Other manufacturers offer wiring in which each measuring channel is doubled. Its first branch is connected to the pointing device and the isolation amplifier, its second branch is connected only to comparators. The latter connection, however, is quite complex and expensive.

Značnou část výše uvedených nevýhod dosavadních zapojení odstraňuje zapojení podlé vynálezu. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že na vstup dvoučinného detektoru je připojen zesilovací člen s předřazeným integrátorem a snímačem a na výstup dvoučinného detektoru jsou připojeny oddělovací zesilovač s analogovým výstupem, přepínač indikačního přístrojeA considerable part of the above disadvantages of the prior art circuitry is overcome by the circuitry of the invention. The principle of the invention consists in that an amplifier with a pre-integrator and a sensor is connected to the input of the double-action detector and the output of the double-action detector is connected to an isolation amplifier with an analog output.

226 764 a komparátory s digitálními výstupy. In the first of the two parallel input branches of the double-acting detector, the second operational amplifier, the first diode, the fourth resistor and the sixth resistor are connected in series, where the second operational amplifier is connected to the first connection branch by its second input, at the node connecting the first input of the second operational amplifier with the output of the first diode is connected to the third resistor and the first capacitor is connected in the node connecting the output of the first diode to the ground, the second resistor is connected to the first resistor, the second resistor and the third operational amplifier. the third operational amplifier is connected to the output of the resistor by its first input and its second input is connected to ground, the first resistor node of the second resistor is connected to the first input of the first operational amplifier, the second input of the first operational amplifier is connected to ground first operational amplification a second diode is connected, the output of which is connected to the second junction between the second resistor and the fifth resistor and to the second capacitor, the fourth resistor node with the sixth resistor in the first junction being connected to the fifth resistor node with the first input of a third operational amplifier in the second connecting branch.

Výhodou zapojení podle vynálezu je, že nastavení mezí výstrahy i ochrany zůstává nev měnné a nezávislé na změně měřícího rozsahu, takže umožňuje naprosto bezpečnou změnu citlivosti měření vibrací během provozu. The advantage of the circuitry according to the invention is that the setting of the warning and protection limits remains unchanged and independent of the change of the measuring range, so that the sensitivity of the vibration measurement can be changed safely during operation.

Two examples of wiring according to the invention are shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram and Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram.

The electrical AC signal from the sensor 1, when integrated in the integrator 2 and amplified in the amplifier member 2, enters the linear peak detector 4, allowing accurate measurement and addition of the magnitude of the positive and negative vibration amplitudes, i.e., the peak-to-peak measurement. The rectified signal which is proportional to double the amplitude of the vibration is output by the double-acting detector 4 is fed both to the input of the buffer amplifier 2 »further input of the switch 6, enabling to change the measurement range during operation of the machine, and further to two comparators 2» 12 »in wherein the magnitude of the received rectified signal is continuously compared and evaluated with predetermined limits for warning and intervention signals affecting the protective function of the security device (not shown).
