Vynález sa týká sposobu přípravy koželužského mazadla na báze hov&dzieho tuku, předupraveného zmesou oleyl a cetyl síranu sodného a vody, ktorý sa cíalej chemicky modifikuje.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a process for preparing a tanning oil based on bovine fat, pretreated with a mixture of oleyl and cetyl sodium sulfate and water, which is further chemically modified.
V súčasnosti sa na výrobu koželužských mazadle! z prírodných surovin používá najma rybí tuk, spermacetový olej, paznechtový olej, tálový olej, ale i látky tukového charakteru, ktoré obsahujú koželužské odpady. Medzi tieto suroviny patří aj hovadzí tuk, ktorý sa získává vyškvarovaním glejovky. Doteraz známe sposoby výroby mazadla z hovadzieho tuku, spočívali napr. v oxidácií v zmesi s oxidovaným parafínom a stilingovaným olejom a ich následnej sulfatácií. Známy je tiež sposob výroby mazadla sulfatáciou glejárskeho tuku a následné zmiešanie s oxidovaným parafínom a tálovým olejom. Ďalej je známe ma*zadlo, vyrobené priamou chloráciou koželužských odpadov obsahujúcich tuk. Je známy tiež sposob, ktorého podstatou je sulfitácia hovadzieho tuku a následná emulgácia emulgátoimi na báze polyglykoléteru.Currently, the production of tanner lubricants! from natural raw materials it uses mainly fish oil, spermaceti oil, hoof oil, tall oil, but also fatty substances containing tanning wastes. Nevýhodou doteraz používaných mazadiel, připravených z hovadzieho tuku, je značná tvorba tukových výkvetov spósobená uvolňováním mastných kyselin pri sulfatácií alebo sulfitácií. Tuk, ako základná zložka mazadla, je málo emulgovatelný vo vodě a nedostatočné sa fixuje na kožné vlákno, a tým sa jeho mazací účinok znižuje. Technický účinok sposobu podlá vynálezu spočívá v tom, že sa odstráni tvorba tukových výkvetov, zvýši sa fixovatelnosť na kožné vlákno, a tým sa zvýši i mazací účinok. Upravené usne vykazujú zvýšenú adhéziu povrchu a odolnost voči ohybu za mokra. Hodnoty dynamickej a statickej nasiakavosti umožňujú použitie mazadla aj na hydrofobizáciu. Pri uvedenom sposobe sa používá jednoduché za.riadenie, dochádza k lepšiemu zhodnoteniu dostupnej odpa dověj suroviny a k čiastočnej náhradě mazadiel z nedostatkových surovin ako napr. rybieho tuku, paznechtového oleja a mazadiel na báze iných prírodných tukov.The technical effect of the process according to the invention is to eliminate the formation of fat blooms, to increase the fixability to the skin fiber and thus to increase the lubricating effect.
