Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že výztuha je vytvořena jako jednodílný skelet, obsahující zadní stěnu a dvě boční stěny, jež jsou spolu se dnem nastaveny obvodovým lemem přední stěny. Jsou známé školní aktovky, jež sestávají z výztuhy a potahového materiálu. Výztuha se zhotovuje z lepenky apod. materiálu z jednotlivých dílů, které se jednotlivě opatřují potahovým materiálem. Z takto připravených částí se pak kompletují školní aktovky. Je zřejmé, že tato konstrukce je značně pracná. Pracnost pak zvyšuje výrobní náklady, a tím i cenu, což je zejména u výrobků pro školní děti velmi nevýhodné.School briefcases are known which consist of a reinforcement and a covering material. Na jednodílném skeletu lze přímo při lisování vytvořit potřebná výztužná žebra v místech, která jsou více namáhána vnějšími silami a naopak v méně namáhaných místech lze vytvořit různá odlehčení. Pro aktovky je pak možno použít lehké syntetické textilní materiály, takže školní aktovka má minimální hmotnost při zachování potřebné tuhosti. Jednodílný skelet z plastického materiálu velmi dobře vzdoruje nárazům a povětrnostním vlivům, zejména vlhkosti. Tyto vlastnosti mají příznivý vliv na trvanlivost školní aktovky. Výhodou této konstrukce školní aktovký je rovněž usnadnění její kompletace při výrobě, jako je montáž kování, nosných popruhů apod. The advantage of this school briefcase design is also the facilitation of its assembly during production, such as the installation of fittings, carrying straps, etc. This achieves an increase in labor productivity in the production of school briefcases.
