Vynález se týká kanyly k douhodobému píštelování zažívacího traktu zvířat, zejména k získávání žaludečního ob saltu telat jako suroviny pro výrobu syřidla, zejména pro mlékárenský průmysl. The invention relates to a cannula for long-term whistling of the digestive tract of animals, in particular for obtaining a gastric bovine calf as a raw material for rennet production, in particular for the dairy industry.
Dosavadní typy kanyl jsou zhotoveny z tuhých materiálů, a tudíž traumatizují okolní tkán,což znemožňuje dlouhodobou funkční činnost kanyly. Doposud se v Č33R k podobným účelům používalo kanyly popsané v československém patentním spisu číslo 145701.The prior art cannula types are made of rigid materials and therefore traumatize the surrounding tissue, making it impossible for long-term functioning of the cannula. Up to now, the cannulas described in the Czechoslovak Patent Specification No. 145701 have been used in C33R for similar purposes.
The disadvantage of said cannula is that it is threaded, which extends into the fleshed animals into the muscled self-fistula, thereby causing traumatic tissue and dilatation of the fistula lumen as the animals move, resulting in leakage of the digestive tract content. Another disadvantage of the original cannula is the fact that the post-ophthalmoscopia forces frequent corrections of the fixation ring so as not to cause extensive damage to the edges of the fistula and the adjacent skin.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje kanyla dle vynálezu, zhotovená z orcanofilní hmoty, jejíž podstata spočívá v tom, že trubkovité těleso kanyly jo opatřeno napevno upevněnou fixační manžetou přecházející ve válcovitý výstupek opatřený po obvodě otvory, přičemž zadní část trubkovitého tělesa kanyly jo opatřena osově posuvnou nafukovací fixační manžetou. Trubkovité těleso kanyly, vnitřtni fixační manžeta a válcovitý výstupek jsou zhotoveny z pružnč deformovatolného materiálu, s výhodou lze použít např. měkčený polyvinylchlorid o tvrdosti °SII 50 až 80.The cannula according to the invention is remedied by an orcanophilic mass, characterized in that the tubular body of the cannula is provided with a rigidly fixed fixation collar and becomes a cylindrical protrusion having openings around the periphery, the rear part of the tubular body of the cannula being axially displaceable. . The tubular cannula body, the inner fixation sleeve and the cylindrical protrusion are made of a resiliently deformable material, for example, plasticized polyvinyl chloride having a hardness of 50 to 80 can be used.
Výhoda kanyly podle vynálezu spočívá v tom, že pomocí dvou fixačních manžet je v těle zvířete dostatečně fixována, přičemž pružnost kanyly zabraňuje traumatizaci okolní tkáně a umožňuje snadnou výměnu kanyly bez použití rcoperace a rovněž zamezuje rozšiřováni vlastního pištělového otvoru, čímž je zabráněno spontáifcníniu protékání zažitiny. The advantage of the cannula according to the invention is that it is sufficiently fixed in the animal body by means of two fixation cuffs, the elasticity of the cannula prevents traumatization of the surrounding tissue and allows easy replacement of the cannula without surgery.
