Abstract
The purpose of the invention is to prevent the deposition of dust and dirt in the collecting groove of the spinning rotor, which is provided on both sides alternately, not oppositely, with cleaning slots, both on the sliding wall and on the opposite wall of the spinning rotor. Such an arrangement of the cleaning slots allows for automatic cleaning of the rotor, since dirt and dust fed together with the fibers to the collecting groove are separated from the fibers by these slots under the action of the centrifugal force of the rotating rotor.
Description
The invention relates to a spinning self-cleaning rotor for an open-end spinning rotor rotatably mounted in a body of a spinning unit of an open-end spinning machine.
One of the problems of open-end spinning by spinning rotors is their contamination by dirt and dust contained in the spun fibrous material, which settles together with the fibers in the rotor collecting grooves and after some time fills them up so that the spun yarn quality deteriorates. the consequence of her breakage.
British Patent 1 265 148 discloses a solution for removing dirt and dust from the collecting groove of a compact spinning rotor by slots arranged around the periphery of the collecting surface, the collecting groove itself being intact or partially interrupted by the slots.
A similar solution represents MS. No. 162,581, according to which the collecting groove in the compact rotor is formed on one side by rods, the gaps between them being sufficient for the passage of the non-spinable fibers and dust. These impurities then fly out by centrifugal force through radial openings arranged in the bottom of the spinning rotor.
The disadvantage of both of these solutions is that the collecting surface is still partially closed or is open only on one side, and also that the proposed solutions are too complicated from the manufacturing point of view and therefore expensive.
Cílem vynálezu je odstranit uvedené nevýhody a nalézt vhodné tělesné uspořádání spřádacího samočisticího rotoru, které by umožňovalo samočinné čištění jeho sběrná drážky a přitom bylo výrobně jednoduché.It is an object of the present invention to overcome these disadvantages and to find a suitable body arrangement of the spinning self-cleaning rotor which allows the self-cleaning of its collecting groove while being simple to manufacture.
OF THE INVENTION The present invention is based on an open-end spinning self-cleaning spinning rotor in which a tapered slip wall is provided, which forms a collecting groove for the fiber storage with the opposite rotor wall at its largest diameter. on both sides of the collecting groove arranged alternately but not opposite each other.
The working surfaces of the spinning self-cleaning rotor may consist of two parts provided with notches and ribs forming a collecting groove at the connection point, one part of the working surface being the front side of the rotor with the tapered sliding wall and the other by its opposite wall. Both parts can be made by pressing from abrasion-resistant material. Alternatively, they can be mechanically joined by welding or gluing. It is also possible to create cleaning slots by pressing the abrasion-resistant material.
Tímto uspořádáním dojde k otevření sběrného povrchu po celém vnitřním obvodu spřádacího samočisticího rotoru, nebot čisticí štěrbiny nejsou vzájemně proti sobě protilehlé, takže sběrný povrch je vždy proti některé ze stěn spřádacího rotoru otevřený, což umožňuje nepřetržité vylučováni nečistot a pro proces předení nespřadatelných vláken. Nutnost občasného zastavováni procesu předení z důvodu čištění rotorů proto v tomto případě odpadá.This arrangement opens the collecting surface along the inner periphery of the spinning self-cleaning rotor, since the cleaning slots are not opposed to each other, so that the collecting surface is always open against one of the walls of the spinning rotor, allowing continuous contamination and spinning of the non-spinable fibers. Therefore, the need to intermittently stop the spinning process to clean the rotors in this case.
6.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a spinning rotor with a rotatably arranged spinning rotor enclosed in a housing covered by a lid; FIG. 2 a side view of a self-cleaning spinning rotor with an open collecting surface; Fig. 3 is a detail of a spinning self-cleaning rotor with a collecting groove formed by connecting two parts of a working flat rotor with notches and ribs, Fig. 4 detail of a self-cleaning spinning rotor with a collecting groove formed by two parts of a working surface of a rotor with pressed holes. The working surface of the rotor 6 is formed by a sliding wall 51 and opposite wall 52 which form a collecting groove 53. And, in a wolf 6, a fiber material in the form of single fibers is fed by a feed device (not shown), which, by the centrifugal force exerted by a rapidly rotating spinning rotor 6, is deposited on a collecting groove 53 from which it is withdrawn. in the axial direction and wound on a bobbin (not shown). The spinning rotor 6 is mounted on a drive shaft 8 driven by the drive belt 8. The process air necessary to create the suction of the fibers into the rotor is discharged from the rotor 8 through the process channel 11 by its ventilation openings in the direction of the arrows.
The self-cleaning spinning rotor of the embodiment of FIG. The two parts 51, 52 at the point of connection form the collecting groove 53 of the cleaning slots 511. 521 are arranged on the two parts 51, 52 alternately, but not opposite each other, so as to form an open collecting groove 53 along the entire periphery of the spinning rotor. These slots result in a support air flow as the spinning rotor 6 is rotated, through which the fibers from the feed channel A are squeezed to the open collecting groove 60, and the dirt and dust together with very short non-spinable fibers are ejected by centrifugal force from the rotor. air channel 11 from the body 6 of the spinning unit. This continuously cleans the collecting groove 53 and eliminates the loss of time required to clean the rotor.
3, 4,5 dle kterých lze tyto díly vyrábět například ražením, přičemž jejich vzájemné spojení lze provádět lisováním pomocí příruby 531 nebo lepením či svářením jejich čelních ploch 532.The use of high-wear abrasion-resistant material such as stainless steel sheet for both the work surface parts 52 and 52 of the spinning self-cleaning rotor 6 is made possible by the exemplary embodiments of Figs. interconnection can be accomplished by pressing with a flange 531 or by gluing or welding their end faces 532.
