Description
Vynález se týká zapojení chladicího okruhu, zejména u autobusů s cílem využít tepla chladicí kapalíny k vytápění vnitřního prostoru vozidla. The invention relates to the connection of a cooling circuit, particularly in buses, in order to utilize the heat of the coolant to heat the interior of a vehicle.
The buses' used mainly in car seats are equipped with diesel heater, which consists of the combustion chamber itself and a warm air distribution pipe to the vehicle occupant space. The fuel oil supply to the combustion chamber is controlled by a two-position regulator. This heating system works so that during standstill the diesel supply is throttled to half full power. However, this mode is unusable while driving, when the intake of large amounts of fuel air causes the flame to be extinguished and flue gas to escape into the crew compartment, which is both unpleasant and harmful to health.
Therefore, in order to ensure that the fuel oil burns in the combustion chamber while driving, it is necessary to open the fuel oil supply at full power, which results, especially at outdoor temperatures above 5 ° C, overheating of the interior of the vehicle with excessive fuel consumption. The heater must therefore be switched off frequently and switched on again while driving, since the air in the crew compartment cools down rapidly when the heater is switched off.
Furthermore, in the case of car drivers, which operate mostly at night, the space in the late spring and early autumn is unheated because this time falls outside the heating season, ϋ some types of public bus transport are therefore used to heat the public waste space from the engine cooling circuit. The return water is routed to several radiators located in the vehicle compartment. This solution is very complex, and in the event of a failure in the vehicle's cooling system, restoring the proper operation of the cooling circuit is time-consuming and costly.
Nevýhody a nedostatky známých řešení odstraňuje v podstatě vynález, kterým je zapojení chladicího okruhu, sestávajícího z čelního chladiče, spojeného s chladicím systémem motoru přívodním potrubím a odváděcím potrubím, kde v přívodním potrubí je zařazen předehřívač, a v odváděcím potrubí je zařazen termostatický ventil, kde cirkulace chladicí kapaliny je zajišťována čerpadlem.Disadvantages and drawbacks of the known solutions are essentially eliminated by the invention which is the connection of a cooling circuit consisting of a front cooler connected to the engine cooling system via a supply line and a discharge line, wherein a preheater is included in the supply line, and a thermostatic valve circulation of the coolant is provided by the pump.
It is a feature of the present invention that d, o the coolant supply line, prior to entering the engine, is provided with an additional cooler housed in the housing connected by a throat to the hot air manifold, wherein the additional cooler is mounted diagonally in the housing such that located above the top surface of the auxiliary cooler, while a fan is located on the underside of the cooler, the supply line and the cooling water outlet pipe being interconnected by a bypass located upstream of the outlet pipe thermostatic valve and upstream of the supply pipe pump in the coolant flow direction.
The higher effect of the invention is that its construction is simple, the possible failure of the refrigerant circuit caused by the supplementary cooler is easily remedied by simply removing the supplementary cooler and inserting a pipe piece or only a rubber hose into the gap in the cooling circuit thus formed; this will restore the cooling circuit. The utilization of waste heat from the supplementary cooler results in considerable savings in fuel oil, which reaches up to 70%. Furthermore, the proposed solution is beneficial in that it allows a pleasant working environment in the crew compartment during the late spring and early autumn, ie outside the heating season, especially at night and in the early morning hours when the outdoor temperatures are considerably low.
Příklad konkrétního provedení vynálezu je schematicky znázorněn na připojeném výkresu, představujícím schéma hydraulického zapojení chladicího systému vozidla. An example of a particular embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the accompanying drawing, representing a hydraulic circuit diagram of a vehicle cooling system.
According to the invention, the vehicle cooling circuit consists of a front radiator 2 * connected to the engine 2 via an inlet pipe 3 and a coolant outlet pipe 4, the flow of the cooling circuit being provided by a motor-driven pump 5. The inlet conduit 3 and outlet conduit 4 the coolant are connected with each other through the bypass 6, wherein at the discharge 2 3 e mounted thermostatic valve Ί. · Thermostatic valve 2 3 e located between the front radiator 2 and the motor 2 but bypassing 6_ in the flow direction. A pre-heater 8 is connected to the inlet duct 3, followed by an additional cooler 2 'which is housed in a housing 10 connected by a throat 11 to a hot air distribution pipe 12 into which a diesel heater 14 is also connected. diagonally such that on its underside a fan 13 is situated, while on its upper side a throat 1.1 is arranged.
Při stání vozidla, po spuštění motoru 2, protéká chladicí kapalina malým okruhem, tj. mimo čelní chladič 1^ tak že chladicí kapalina protéká přívodním potrubím 3. přes předehřívač 2 do doplňkového chladiče 9_r odkud pokračuje dále do motoru 2^, kde se ohřívá odběrem tepla motoru 2 a vrací se přes obtok 2 zpět do přívodního potrubí 2·When parking the vehicle after the engine 2, the coolant flows through a small radius, i.e. outside the front one-cooler so that coolant flows through the inlet pipe 3 via the preheater 2 into a complementary radiator R 9 where it continues on to the engine 2 R, where it is heated heat removal of engine 2 and returns to bypass 2 via bypass 2 ·
Cirkulace chladící kapaliny je zajišťována čerpadlem 5. V době zahřívání motoru 2, kdy teplota chladicí vody je nízká a nedostačuje k ohřevu vzduchu, přiváděného do skříně 10 doplňkového chladiče 9 ventilátorem 13, použít k ohřevu prostoru vozidla naftového topení vyústěného do rozvodného potrubí 12 teplého vzduchu. Když dosáhne teplota chladicí kapaliny teploty dostačující k ohřevu vzduchu vedeného do prostoru vozidla ze skříně 10 doplňkového chladiče 2 hrdlem :L1 a. rozvodným potrubím 12, vypne se naftové topení 14 a další ohřev zajišťuje teplo chladicí kapaliny odebrané doplňkovým chladičem 2·The coolant circulation is provided by the pump 5. At the time of warming up the engine 2, when the cooling water temperature is low and insufficient to heat the air supplied to the auxiliary cooler housing 10 by the fan 13, use the diesel heater outlet to the hot air manifold 12 . When the coolant temperature reaches a temperature sufficient to heat the air into the vehicle compartment from the radiator housing 10 through the throat: L1 a. Through the manifold 12, the diesel heater 14 is switched off and further heating provides the coolant heat collected by the radiator 2.
Když teplota chladící kapaliny dosáhne hodnoty, na kterou je nastaven termostatický ventil 7, tento se otevře a vyřadí z činnosti obtok 6, takže chladicí kapalina protéká hlavním chladicím okruhem, tj. do čelního chladiče 2 a odtud do přívodního potrubí 3. Naftové topení 14 se využívá krátkodobě jen při stání vozidla, kdy teplota chladicí kapaliny poklesne a není schopna zajistit dokonalé vyhřívání prostoru vozidla. When the coolant temperature reaches the value set by the thermostatic valve 7, the bypass 6 opens and disables the bypass 6 so that the coolant flows through the main cooling circuit, i.e. to the front cooler 2 and from there to the supply line 3. The oil heater 14 is it is used for a short time only when the vehicle is stationary, when the temperature of the coolant drops and it is not able to ensure perfect heating of the vehicle space.
Nového zapojení chladicího okruhu, kterým se využívá odpadního tepla chladicího systému k ohřevu prostoru vozidla lze s výhodou využít nejen u autobusů pro pracovní využití, jak je tomu kupříkladu u autopošty v působnosti ministerstva dopravy a spojů, ale i u autobusů hromadné dopravy ČSAD,The new connection of the cooling circuit, which uses the waste heat of the cooling system to heat up the space of the vehicle, can be advantageously used not only for buses for working use, as is the case with the car post office under the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
