Abstract

The invention falls into the field of agricultural harvesting machines and equipment. The purpose of the invention is to reduce losses when harvesting legumes, but also other, especially thin-stemmed crops, by more favorably separating the vegetation from the coverage of the harvester from the vegetation outside this coverage and more perfectly copying the surface of the field, and at the same time increasing the performance of the harvester. This purpose is achieved by the stand divider, which works on the principle of a freely rotating cylinder and is mounted on the cutting edge of the holed sitroj. Due to the fact that the distributor is equipped with a special swinging head, it achieves both perfect copying of the surface of the pofa and at the same time the removal of unwanted undercutting of the plants under the mowing table of the harvester. The attachment of the divider to the mowing table and its suspension by the pull-out spring ensures that the bending tip of the swinging head is always guided under the surface of the field. The distributor can be mounted without major modifications on mowers, windrowers and even harvesting machines.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for distributing entangled, lying and coated stalks of plants.

Various types of crop dividers are known to date. They are either passive distributors: spike, current, disc - or active: torpedo, flap disc, side-mounted mowing bars and the like. Their common drawback is the imperfect lifting of the lying stand, which as a consequence of it comes below the marginal parts of the scythe, resulting in relatively large losses. All of these types divide the overgrown vegetation by forcible tearing, which causes the grain to crumble and thereby increase the harvest losses. Inadequately operating hoists and crop dividers cause 5 to 10% loss of biological crop, representing 50 to 75% of the losses caused by the harvesting table's mowing table.
