It consists of epoxy resins, a curing system, an emulsifier, a blowing agent and possibly other components. For the production of castings and castings that are thermally stressed by temperatures above 100 °C, it is necessary to fill the mass with a suitable inorganic filler that is thermally stable and has good thermal conductivity. According to the invention, it is 20 to 70% of ground crystalline quartz, which contains at least 0.2 to 8.0% of clay components, which are formed by a mixture of alkaline hydrated aluminates, aluminosilicates, etc. Quantitatively, they are expressed as AlgOjj . 3HgO. Such filled materials with a suitable curing system have high dimensional stability under heat, a low coefficient of linear expansion and a slight change in physical properties depending on temperature and can also be used as electrical insulators in equipment operating in temperature class B (130 °C).

Description

Epoxidová tvrdá lehčená hmota, zejména pro výrobu odlitků a zálitků, sestávající z epoxidových pryskyřic, vytvrzovacího systému, emulgátoru, nadouvadla a popřípadě dalších složek.An epoxy hard expanded mass, in particular for the production of castings and rolls, consisting of epoxy resins, a curing system, an emulsifier, a blowing agent and optionally other components.

Polyurethane materials have been used to date for the production of lightweight castings. Among the epoxy expanded compositions, cold-curable and heat-curable formulations are used, accompanying the exothermic reaction of the curing process, or heat-curable formulations.

Z tohoto důvodu nelze tyto hmoty použít do zařízení, pracujících za teplot vyšších než 60 °C.The main drawback of epoxy. The low temperature stability and the high dependence of the physical properties on the temperature are low. Therefore, these materials cannot be used in equipment operating at temperatures above 60 ° C.

Při použití epoxidových lehčených hmot, vytvrzovatelných za zvýšené teploty, vyšší než 100 °C, se zvýší hranice tepelného namáhání přibližně na 100 °C.When using elevated temperature curable epoxy expanded masses greater than 100 ° C, the thermal stress limit is raised to about 100 ° C.

Plnění lehčené hmoty má kvalitativní i ekonomický význam pouze tehdy, obsahuje-li hmota nejméně 40 hmotnostních '% plniva. Protože však měrná hmotnostFor the production of castings and rolls that are thermally stressed to temperatures above 100 ° C, the epoxy mass must be filled with a suitable inorganic filler that is thermally stable and has good thermal conductivity. Such a filler is, for example, ground crystalline quartz, obtained by grinding quartz sand, quartz gravel or grinding quartz nuggets. Filling the expanded mass is of both qualitative and economic importance only if the mass contains at least 40% by weight of the filler. Because, however, specific gravity

O křemene je v rozsahu 2500 až 2700 kg/m , činí plnění lehčených hmot, kde lehčící složkou je plyn, značné potíže. Plnění lehčenéThe quartz is in the range of 2500 to 2700 kg / m, filling lightweight materials, where the lightening component is a gas, presents considerable difficulties. Lightweight filling

The 232 89B compositions are inhomogeneous and due to the high specific gravity of the filler, the blowing system has to be directed towards bubble sizes above 100 µm, which is disadvantageous due to the physical properties of the cured expanded composition.

These drawbacks are not substantially present in the epoxy hard expanded masses of the present invention, wherein the mass comprises as filler 20 to 70% of ground crystalline silica containing at least 0.2 to 8.0% clay components.

60 hmotnostních % plniva) a velikost bublin při shodné formulaci nepřevyšuje 100 um.An advantage of the invention of the epoxy hard expanded mass is the filling with ground crystalline quartz containing at least 0.2% clay components (calculated as AlgO3.3.0). The clay components consist of a mixture of alkaline hydrated aluminates, aluminosilicates, and the like. Quantitatively expressed as · JHgO. The gas bubbles produced by disintegration or evaporation of the blowing agent are adsorbed on the clay component of the filler and the cured castings or grouts obtained are homogeneous and at relatively high filling (e.g. 60% by weight of the filler) and the bubble size with the same formulation does not exceed 100 µm.

Takto plněné hmoty s vhodným vytvrzovacím systémem mají vysokou tvarovou stálost za tepla, nízký spučinitel délkové roztažnosti a nepatrnou změnu fyzikálních vlstností v závislosti na teplotě a lze ji využít i jako elektrických izolantů v zařízení, které pracuje v teplotní třídě B (130 °C).Such filled materials with a suitable curing system have a high thermal stability, a low linear expansion coefficient and a slight change in physical properties depending on the temperature, and can also be used as electrical insulators in equipment operating in temperature class B (130 ° C).

. Proti kompaktním nelehčeným epoxidovým hmotám znamená hmota podle tohoto vynálezu přibližně 50 % úsporu hmotnosti a tím i značný ekonomický efekt.. Compared to compact, non-lightweight epoxy compositions, the composition of the present invention means about 50% weight savings and thus a considerable economic effect.

Jako základní epoxidovou pryskyřici lze použít nízko až vysokomolekulární pryskyřici dlaňového nebo cykloalifatického typu popříplfé i modifikovanou.A low to high molecular weight palm or cycloaliphatic resin, optionally modified or modified, can be used as the base epoxy resin.

The curing system is preferably selected from dicarboxylic anhydride or a mixture of anhydrides or a suitable accelerator is added.

The lightweight compositions of the invention may also be dyed with either soluble dyes or pigments such as Fe-Cn and softened with suitable softening components, or other fillers or flame retardants may be added.

If the ground crystalline quartz itself does not contain the necessary amount of clay components adsorbed on the surface of the quartz particles, the clay components are added directly to the quartz.

Střední velikost částic jílových složek se volí nejvíce 1/5 střední velikosti částic krystalického kisnene. The average particle size of the clay components is selected at most 1/5 of the average particle size of the crystalline kisnene.
