Description

Vynález se týká profilu nístěje vysoké pece v oblasti její železové výpusti. The invention relates to the blast furnace hearth profile in the region of its iron outlet.

Variabilita délky odpichového otvoru má různé příčiny, například vliv množství a kvality injektované ucpávací hmoty, chemické složení surového železa, chemické i fyzikální vlastnosti strusky, zejména její teplota a bazicite, vnikání vody do nístěje, profesní zkušenosti obsluhy atd.. Trvanlivost takto vytvořené předprsně není uspokojivá a odplavením části této ucpávací hmoty dochází k vytvoření nálevkovitého otvoru ze strany nístěje a následnému výronu nevyredukovaných látek spolu s větším množstvím železa a strusky,přičemž často dochází i k poruchám funkce železové ucpávaČky. Pak se přistupuje ke snížení tlaku i množství vysokopecního větru případně i odstavení agregátu od plynové sítě se všemi nepříznivými doprovodnými důsledky: zalití struskových a železových kolejí, pánví, mísičů železa a podobně, přičemž v těchto havarijních situacích výrazně vzrůstá rizikovost na pracovišti. Jako preventivní opatření k zamezení havarijních stavů železovéThe hearths of the simultaneously designed and operated blast furnaces are padded with carbon lining evenly over the entire perimeter up to the height of the openings for the blower fittings. During the blast furnace process, due to the chemical and physical action of the liquid products, the process of disrupting and flushing out the layer of carbon lining occurs especially in the area of flow in the places of the iron outlet with negative effects on the operation and operation of the aggregate. The flushing of carbon lining from this exposed area is currently eliminated by injecting a plug material through the tap hole with electrically operated plugs. The quality and size of the injected bust varies from case to case, and the resulting variation in the tap hole length results in irregular discharge of liquid products and a negative effect on the blast furnace production. The variability of the tap hole length has various causes, for example the influence of quantity and quality of injected blocking material, chemical composition of pig iron, chemical and physical properties of slag, especially its temperature and basicity, water penetration into the hearth, professional experience of the operator. satisfactory and by washing away a portion of this blocking mass, a funnel opening is formed from the hearth side and the consequent ejection of non-reduced substances together with a larger amount of iron and slag, often causing malfunctions of the iron seal. Then the pressure and the amount of blast furnace wind are reduced or the aggregate is shut down from the gas network with all the adverse accompanying consequences: casting of slag and iron rails, ladles, iron mixers and the like, while in these emergency situations the risk at the workplace increases significantly. As a precautionary measure to prevent iron breakdowns

Následkem je úměrné snížení výrobnosti, zhoršení a znerovnoměrnění chodu vysoké pece, tvorba usazenin v šachtě nad. foukacími formami vysoké pece, zhoršená technologie, ztížená regulace chodu apod.In some cases, two above the light blowing fittings are clogged to maintain their optimum length, thereby decommissioning them, thereby reducing the number of blowing fittings by about 10 percent. The result is a proportional reduction in production, deterioration and unevenness of the blast furnace operation, the formation of deposits in the shaft above. blow molds of blast furnace, deteriorated technology, difficult operation regulation etc.

Výše uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje profil nístěje vysoké pece podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že ve svislé ro-; vině procházející podélnou osou železové výpuste je vnitřní stěna uhlíkové výdusky nístěje sešikmena dvěma úkosy, přičemž předprseň vytvořená dolním úkosem je zaoblena konvexně ke středu nístěje a dvěma oblými přechody přechází na průměrovou kružnici nístěje.Solves the profile of the blast furnace hearth according to the invention whose principle consists in that in the vertical ro-; through the longitudinal axis of the iron spout, the inner wall of the carbon hearth lining of the hearth is slanted by two bevels, the bevel formed by the lower bevel being rounded convexly to the center of the hearth and passing through two rounded transitions to the diameter circle of the hearth.

Nístěj vysoké pece profilovaná podle vynálezu stabilizuje délku odpichového otvoru a umožňuje pravidelný výtok tekutých produktů z pece, zamezuje vzniku havarijních situací vytrháváním a vyplavováním ucpávací hmoty, prodlužuje životnost nístěje v oblasti odpichového otvoru a vylučuje potřebu omezení chodu vysoké pece způsobené zkrácením délky železové výpustě, přičemž pro snížení doby výtoku lze na takto prodloužené železové výpusti aplikovat vrtání většími průměry s efektivním použitím ucpávaček moderních konstrukcí. The blast furnace hearth profiled according to the invention stabilizes the length of the tap hole and allows regular flow of liquid products from the furnace, avoids emergencies by peeling and leaching clogging material, extends the life of the hearth in the tap hole area and eliminates the need to reduce blast furnace operation in order to reduce the discharge time, drilling with larger diameters can be applied to such extended iron outlets with the efficient use of seals of modern construction. The working conditions of the blast furnace crews during tapping are significantly improved, the labor intensity and the risk of accidents caused by flooding of clogging material are reduced.

1.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. Fig. 2 is a section along line B-B in Fig. 1.

Vnitřní stěna této -uhlíkové výdusky 2 je odstupňována dvěma úkosy 6, 2» přičemž dolní úkos 2 vytváří v oblasti železové výpustě 8 aaoblenou předprseň χ, která přechází plynule oblými přechody Χθ, XI do průměrové kružnice R nístěje 1.The blast furnace hearth 1 is rammed with carbon lining 2 up to the openings χ of the blower sets 4. The newly rammed carbon lining 2 is walled with refractory ceramic fittings χ, which are gradually melted during the process and washed away with etruscus. The inner wall of this carbon lining 2 is graduated by two bevels 6, 2, wherein the lower bevel 2 forms in the region of the iron outlet 8 and a rounded bias χ which passes continuously rounded transitions Χθ, XI into the diameter circle R of the hearth 1.
