Podstatou zariadenia je, že klietka s dnom šachty je pevne uchytená na čapoch, na ktoré sú upevněné ramená. Vynález rieši manipuláciu s tažkými prstencami najma pri výrobě zariadení pre jádrový program. Podstatou zariadenia je, že klietka s dnom šachty je pevine uchytená na čapoch, na ktoré sú upevněné ramená. Samotné otáčanie sa prevádza pomocou priamočiarych hydromotorov.

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na manipuláciu s prstencami určenými najma pre jádrové elektrárně, ktoré umožní ich plynulé obracanie bez prerušenia výrobného· cyklu.

Doteraz sa obracanie prstencov prevádza pomocou žeriavových zariadení různého druhu mnohokrát aj tak, že pre obracanie sú potřebné súčasne aj dve žeriavové zariadenia. Pri takomto sposobe obracania dochádza k výrobným stratám v dielňach, nakotko táto manípulácia viaže žeriavové zariadenia po dlhú dobu, čo má nepriaznivý vplyv na využitie ostatných strojov a pracovísk v dielni. Nakolko sa jedná o velmi rozměrné a mimoriadne ťažké výrobky, ktorých váha je na hranici únosnosti žeriavov, pri obracaní dochádza vplyvom rázov k poškodeniu žeriavových zariadení. Takáto manipulácia je v rozpore s bezpečnosťou práce, nakotko dochádza k šikmému tahu na žeriav. Pri obracaní prstencov pomocou žeriavov dochádza mnohokrát k poškodeniu ich opracovaných častí.

Uvedené nedostatky sú odstránené zariadením na manipuláciu s prstencami, tvořeným dvojicou stojanov s priamočarými hydromotormi jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že 614 4 medzi dvojicou stojanov je otočné na čapoch usporiadané klietka s dnom, pričom čapy sú opatřené ramenami ovládanými hydromotormi.

Použitím zariadenia podta vynálezu sa podstatné zvýši produktivita práce, odstránia sa prestoje vo výrobných dielňach, manipulácia sa stane bezpečnou, vylúči sa možnosť poškodenia výrobku a odstráni sa namáhavosí práce.

Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněné zariadenie podlá vynálezu, pričom obr. 1 je nárys a obr. 2 půdorys zariadenia.

Na dvojici stojanov 1 sú uložené dve dvojice priamočiarych hydromotorov 4, ktoré otáčajú cez ramená 3 čapy 2 uložené v ložiskách 9. Na čapoch 2 je pevne uchytená klietka 5. Výrobok 8 sa položí na lůžka 7 klietky tak, že je svojou časťou opretý o dno 6 klietky. Preklápanie prstenca sa prevedie otáčaním ramien 3 tahaných dvojicami pria' močiarych hydromotorov 4.

Vynález je možné výhodné využiť v rezorte energetického a chemického strojárenstva, najma však pri výrobě zariadení pre jadrovú energetiku.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a ring handling device designed especially for core power plants, which allows continuous turning without interrupting the production cycle.

So far, ring turning has been carried out many times using crane devices of different kinds, so that two crane devices are also needed for turning. In such a turning process, production losses occur in the workshops, as this handling binds the crane equipment for a long time, which has an adverse effect on the use of other machines and workplaces in the workshop. As these are very bulky and extremely heavy products, the weight of which is at the limit of the load capacity of cranes, when turning, the crane equipment is damaged due to impacts. Such manipulation is contrary to the safety of work, as there is an oblique pull on the crane. When turning rings with cranes, their machined parts are damaged many times.

The above mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the ring handling device formed by a pair of rectilinear hydraulic motors, the principle of which is that the bottom cage is pivoted on the pins between the pairs of pins, with the pins being provided with arms actuated by hydraulic motors.

By using the apparatus of the invention, labor productivity is substantially increased, downtime in the workshop is eliminated, handling becomes safe, the possibility of product damage is avoided and labor stress is eliminated.
