Abstract

Vynález se týká techniky provádění povlaků vysokoteplotním rozstřikováním, zejména detonaěním nastříkáváním a může být využit v různých oblastech techniky pro vytvoření ochranných povlaků různého druhu. Nejreálnější využití vynálezu je v leteckém, strojírenském, loaařském průmyslu a při stavbě přístrojů. Vynález je urěen k zvýšení stálosti dávek prášku, vháněného do hlavně zařízení a k zlepšení kvality povlaků. K tomu účelu je práškový dávkovač proveden jako dva zásobníky uložené nad sebou, spojené přes šoupátko s pohonem, připojeným k převáděči signálu.The invention relates to the technique of applying coatings by high-temperature spraying, in particular by detonation spraying, and can be used in various fields of technology for creating protective coatings of various types. The most realistic use of the invention is in the aviation, mechanical engineering, mining industries and in the construction of instruments. The invention is intended to increase the stability of powder doses injected into the barrel of the device and to improve the quality of coatings. For this purpose, the powder dispenser is designed as two containers placed one above the other, connected via a slide with a drive connected to a signal converter.
