Abstract

Rozkládací přepravní obal řeší snížení pracnosti při kompletaci obalu před balením výrobků a oproti dosud běžným obdobným obalům vykazuje i nižší materiálovou náročnost. Vlastní řešení spočívá ve vytvoření pláště obalu ze dvou boků a dvou čel, které jsou vzájemně spojeny ve vertikálních hranách pružnými plastovými vložkami, dále víka, opatřeného zespodu rámečkem a dna opatřeného shora polodrážkou. Pláší lze rozložit, nasunout na polodrážku dna a přiklopit víkem, přičemž celek je zpevněn a uzavřen obalovou páskou. Obal lze po použití rozložit, tekže zabírá velmi malý objem ve dvou částech - dno + víko jako jedna část a pláší jako druhá část. Obal lze s výhodou použít v tuzemsku jako vratný, popřípadě i pro export jako nevratný.The foldable transport packaging solves the problem of reducing the labor required to assemble the packaging before packaging the products and, compared to conventional similar packaging, also requires less material. Claims
