Abstract
Předložený integrální zesilovač, skládající se ze vstupního diferenciálního stupně na p-n-p tranzistorech, mezistupně a koncového stupně na komplementárních tranzistorech s ochranou před přetížením a zkraty. Novinka vynálezu spočívá v zavedení přídavných částí a existenci nových vazeb mezi známými a nově zavedenými částmi a také * uvnitř těchto částí, zabezpečujících dosažení stanovených cílů. Tak mezi mezistupněm a výstupním stupněm jsou dodatečně zavedeny dvě dvojice sériově spojených tranzistorů n-p-n- a p-n-p-typu, připojených k výstupnímu tranzistoru mezistupně a tranzistoru jeho dynamické zátěže, přičemž místa připojení tranzistorů každé dvojice jsou připojeny k bázím tranzistorů koncového stupně. Báze a smitory ochranných tranzistorů jsou spojeny mezi eebou a připojeny bází k výstupu zesilovače, a místy připojení emitorů k výstupu mezistupně, a jejich kolektory k odpovídajícím svorkám napájení.
