Abstract
Vynález sa týká spósobu ťažby nerastných surovin najma v menších lokalitách s využitím mobilnej úpravné kameniva a jeho podstatou je, že suroviny získané z rozvalu po odstřele lomovej steny sa bagrom nakladajú do násypky mobilnej primárnéj drtiacej jednotky, v ktorej sa na mieste drtia, a pásovým dvojdopravníkom s priestorove otočným kíbom sa vynášajú do otočnej násypnej výsypky, coz ktorú sa rovnoměrně sype podrtený rozval na pás skladatelného pásového dopravníka rozvinutého pozdíž lomovej steny rovnoběžně s postupom primárnej jednotky pri ťažbe.The invention relates to a method of mining mineral resources, especially in smaller locations, using mobile aggregate treatment and its essence is that the raw materials obtained from the rubble after blasting the quarry wall are loaded by an excavator into the hopper of a mobile primary crushing unit, in which they are crushed on site, and are taken out by a double-belt conveyor with a spatially rotating joint into a rotating hopper, from which the crushed rubble is evenly poured onto a belt of a folding belt conveyor deployed along the quarry wall parallel to the progress of the primary unit during mining.

Vynález sa týká spůsobu ťažby nerastných surovin najma v menších lokalitách s využitím mobilnej úpravné kameniva a jeho podstatou je, že suroviny získané z rozvalu po odstřele lomovej steny sa bagrom nakladajú do násypky mobilnej primárné j drtiacej jednotky, v ktorej sa na mieste drtia, a pásovým dvojdopravníkom s priestorove otočným kíbom sa vynášajú do otočnej násypnej výsypky, coz ktorú sa rovnoměrně sype podrtený rozval na pás skladatelného pásového dopravníka rozvinutého pozdíž lomovej steny rovnoběžně s postupom primárnej jednotky pri ťažbe.

Vynález sa týká sposobu ťažby nerastných surovin mobilným primárným súborom zariadení v lomoch s návaznosťou na pásová dopravu vytaženého a upraveného materiálu.
Doteraz je známy sposob ťažby nakládáním z odvalu po odstřele lomovej steny bagrom, alebo nakladačom do korby nákladných automobilov, ktoré vozia surovinu po teréne lomu na ďalšie spracovaníe (drvenie a triedenie). Nevýhodou tohto spósobu je energeticky a prevádzkovo náročná automobilová doprava.
Uvedený nedostatek odstraňuje spósob ťažby nerastných surovin podl'a vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že nerastné suroviny získané z rozvalu po odstřele lomovej steny sa bagrom nakladajú do násypky mobilnej primárnej drtiacej jednotky, v ktorej sa na mieste drtia, a pásovým dvojdopravníkom s priestorove otočným klbom sa vynášajú do otočnej násypnej výsypky, cez ktorú sa rovnoměrně sypú na pás skladatelného pásového dopravníka rozvinutého pozdíž lomovej steny rovnoběžně s postupom primárnej jednotky pri ťažbe. 4 Výhodou tohto riešenia je úplné vylúčenie automobilovej dopravy nerastných surovin v lomoch a zvýšenie ochrany životného prostredia.
Na pripojenom výkrese je schematicky znázorněný postup ťažby podta vynálezu mobilným primárným súborom zariadení v podoryse.
Mobilný primárný súbor zariadení pozostáva z bagra 1 nakladajúceho rozval do násypky primárnej drviacej jednotky 2' z navazujúceho pásového dvojdopravníka s priestorove otočným klbom 3 ukončeným otočnou násypnou výsypkou 4, cez ktorú sa rovnoměrně sype podrtený rozval na pás skladatelného pásového dopravníka 5 rozvinutého pozdíž lomovej steny rovnoběžně s postupom primárnej jednotky 2 pri ťažbe. Dopravník S je opatřený pojazdnou násypkou 6 s návaznosťou na dalšiu pásovú dopravu vyťaženej a upravenej suroviny. Spósob ťažby a dopravy nerastných surovin mobilným primárným súborom zariadení v lomoch, podlá vynálezu, je s výhodou využitelný pri ťažbe z menších lokalit, najma ako súčasť mobilnej úpravné kameniva.

The aforementioned drawback removes the method of mining raw materials according to the invention, the principle of which is that the mineral resources extracted from the pulp after the breaking of the fracture wall are loaded by a dredger into a hopper of a mobile primary crushing unit, in which the crushed place and a double track conveyor with a swivel joint. they are discharged into a rotary hopper through which they are uniformly poured onto a strip of collapsible conveyor belt unfolded along a quarry wall parallel to the primary unit process during extraction. 4 The advantage of this solution is the complete elimination of car transport of mineral resources in quarries and increased environmental protection.
The attached drawing schematically illustrates the extraction process of the invention by a mobile primary set of devices in a sub-frame.
