Abstract

The invention solves the problem of economical connection of steel studs with steel heads. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the connection for connecting steel studs with steel heads for supporting reinforced concrete mushroom and beam ceilings is formed by a sleeve, pushed onto the steel stud and firmly connected to it, while the steel head is firmly attached to the outer circumference of the sleeve.

Description

Vynález rieši spojenie ocelového štípa s ocelovými hlavicami slúžíacímí k ůloženíú železobetonových hřibových', a trámových stropov budov. The invention solves the connection of a steel chip with steel heads used for laying of reinforced concrete mushroom and beamed ceilings of buildings.

The connection used up to now was designed so that the head components were connected directly to the steel chip. This type of connection caused a high concentrated stress at the location of the weld. In this way, the considerable strength reserves of the splitting steel required for the other types of stresses were exhausted. The known joints of the steel heads and the steel columns known so far are straight t. j. the steel pin is connected to the steel head directly, without the collar.

The aforementioned drawback largely eliminates the connection of the steel chip to the steel head for the placement of reinforced concrete mushroom and beam ceilings, which consists in that it consists of a steel sleeve pushed onto the steel chip and firmly connected thereto. A steel head is firmly attached to the outer flat collar.

By using the joint according to the invention, the local stress caused by the bending on the wall of the graft and caused by the loading of the steel head is reduced by about five times. As a result, it is possible to reduce the cross-section of the graft, thereby reducing its weight and thereby saving metal.

An example of a joint is schematically shown in the drawing, where in FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a joint for a mushroom ceiling; FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of a joint for a joist ceiling.

The joint is formed by a steel sleeve 1, for example an annular cross-section. This is slid onto the steel pin 2 and is fixed to it by welding. A steel head 3 for welding the reinforced concrete ceilings as well as the steel supporting structures is welded to the outer flat collar 1 by welding.

Welding of the elements can take place when the steel structure is assembled on site, or the sleeve 1 is welded to the steel head 3 in the workshop where the advantage of the ironing is advantageous, and the head 3 so prepared is then welded to a stationary stepped pin 2 on site.

The invention can be used mainly in the construction industry in the construction and assembly of steel structures.
