Description
The invention relates to a countercurrent convection tubular recuperator built into the flue gas duct of industrial heating furnaces, which serves to preheat the combustion air supplied to the furnace burners.
A metal tubular heat exchanger with Hazen cells is often used to preheat the combustion air for heating furnaces < Heat exchangers operating at higher operating temperatures risk overheating the front row of cells as resistance to the movement of the preheated gaseous medium increases as the flue gas temperature of the heat exchanger tubes increases. The increasing share of liquid fuels has recently increased the risk of so-called vanadium corrosion it is not stressed thermally but also chemically. A partial solution is the suction of cold air into the flue gas flow, thereby lowering the surface temperature of the tube below the melting point of the vanadium compound, but the positive effects obtained are largely impaired by the reduction of the sensible heat of the flue gas. Another solution is screening elements, usually made of smooth, heat-resisting, curved tubes, which are not part of the main recuperator and are placed in front of its front part to accommodate the first thermal impact.
This screen section is connected in parallel with the main recuperator and usually does not pass more than 10% of all the heating air.
Tím se zásadní problém ochrany článků rekuperátoru neřeší, usnadňují se však podmínky montážní vlivem unifikace a lze často narušené sektory čelní části přeřadit do stínuIt is also known a sectoral heat exchanger consisting of at least three sequentially arranged sectors, each consisting of an equal number of tubular heat exchanger elements, which are provided with air distribution boxes of equal dimensions, shapes and hydraulic cross-sections and arranged in parallel with the flue gas flow direction. This does not solve the fundamental problem of the protection of the heat exchanger cells, however, the mounting conditions are simplified due to the unification and often disturbed frontal sectors can be shifted into the shade
239 219 a naopak zadní, Zachovalé sektory nasadit do exponovaného prostoru· Vzhledem k vysoké náročnosti na zástavbový prostor řešení bylo vyvinuto kompromisní řešení protiproudého konvekčního trubkového rekuperátoru sestávajícího z jediné sekce, jehož vzduchová rozváděči skříň,situovaná v horní části rekuperátoru, je symetricky upravena ke dvěma svislem rovinám symetrie kolmým na sebe, přičemž oddíl studeného vzduchu rozváděči vzduchové skříně je přepažen sklopnou klapou. Záměr tohoto řešení je, že při známkách poškození předních trubek se rekuperátor vytáhne ze spalinového kanálu, otočí se o 180 %, usadí zpět do kanálu, přičemž klapa se sklopí do druhé krajní polohy tak, že rekuperátor začíná opět pracovat se Zachovalými čelními trubkami.239 219 and vice versa, Retained sectors in the exposed area · Due to the high demands on the installation space, a compromise solution was developed for a countercurrent convection tubular heat exchanger consisting of a single section, the air distribution box situated at the top of the heat exchanger vertical planes of symmetry perpendicular to each other, the cold air compartment of the air distribution box being partitioned by a hinged flap. The intention of this solution is that in the case of signs of damage to the front pipes, the recuperator is withdrawn from the flue gas duct, rotated 180%, settles back into the duct, and the flap tilts to the second end position so that
However, after reversing the heat exchanger, the service life of the heat exchanger ends and, moreover, there are rarely free mounting spaces that allow such frequent handling. In co-current tube heat exchangers, solutions are also known which seek to achieve a higher pressure of the preheated medium in the tubes of the shielding recuperator, which overcomes the resistance to the movement of the medium in the tube. This is done by placing the throttle orifice in the cold air intake duct to be preheated and conveyed to the air box of the heat exchanger front section or shielding heat exchanger.
Problémy stávajícího stavu protiproudých konvekčních trubkových rekuperátorů řeší vynález, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že spodní vzduchová sběrná krabice rekuperátorových sekcí je,v části nacházející se pod čelní rekuperátorovou sekcí,přehrazena horizontální přepážkou zasahující k čelní stěně vzduchové sběrné krabice a do prostoru mezi dnem čelní rekuperátorové sekce a přepážkou je vložena škrticí clona. The current state of the art of countercurrent convection tubular heat exchangers is solved by the invention which consists in that the lower air collection box of the heat recovery sections is, in the part below the front heat recovery section, covered by a horizontal partition extending to the front wall of the air collection box and a throttle diaphragm is inserted in the recuperator section and partition.
Vzduchová sběrná skříň,přepažená a odcloněná podle vynálezu, zaručuje zrychlené prouděni předehříváného vzduchu předními trubkami čelní rekuperátorové sekce, čímž se výrazně zlepšuje konvekční faktor v tepelně nejvíce exponované části rekuperátoru, což je v podstatě způsobeno tím, že horizontální přepážka je situována až k přední stěně vzduchové skříně*The air collecting box, bulkheaded and shielded according to the invention, guarantees an accelerated flow of preheated air through the front tubes of the front heat exchanger section, thereby greatly improving the convection factor in the most heat-exposed part of the heat exchanger. air cabinets *
Podstata vynálezu je na praktickém příkladu provedení patrna z přiloženého výkresu, který ve schématickém řezu znázorňuje uspořádání sběrné vzduchové skříně rekuperátorových sekci.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention is illustrated by the accompanying drawing, which shows, in schematic cross-section, the arrangement of the air collecting box of the heat recovery sections.

The recuperator sections 1, 6 are seated in the flue gas duct 2 through which the hot flue gas flows in the sense indicated by the rounded arrows. In countercurrent to these flue gases, cold air is fed to the supercharger section 2 through the inlet 4, which is heated to enter the collecting air box 6 from where it passes to the front recuperator section ζ. In order that the pre-heated air exiting the heat recovery section 2 does not tend to enter the pipes of the front heat recovery section 1 by way of least resistance, i.e. its rear pipes, the air collection box 6 is blocked by a horizontal partition 2 which extends up to the front wall 8 of the air collection box 2t but not so as to separate the bottom of the front recuperator section 1 completely from the space of the housing 2i εθ For example, a gap 2 'is left between the front wall 8 of the air collection box 2 and the edge of the partition 2, or in this part the partition 2 is perforated. Between the bottom face rekuperátorové section 1 for its most thermally exposed row or rows of tubes between ^ and horizontal partition 2 e j inserted throttles 10 with openings or a longitudinal slit on the 11th
