Abstract

Vynález se týká pecí pro tepelně chemické a tepelné zpracování součástek. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že uvedená konstrukce pece sestává z mufle hermeticky spojené se zásobníkem a kalicí nádobou. Ohřívací prvek je upevněn v křemenná trubce a je umístěn v mufli pece. Zařízení pro vytváření magnetického pole je umístěno kolem mufle a sestává z elektromagnetů nasazených na zásobník do výěky mufle. Magnetické pole zajištuje v mufli pece intenzifikaci procesu nitridace, zvýšení jakosti dífúzních vrstev, a rovněž zajištuje otočný pohyb součástek.The invention relates to furnaces for thermochemical and thermal processing of components.
