Abstract

Účelom vynálezu je sposob morenia nehrdzavejúeej ocele, t. j. úprava povrchu materiálu před lepením. Očinkom· moridla vzniká velmi jemné a rovnoměrné zdrsnenie povrchu adherenta. % kyseliny chlorovodíkovej a z 10 až 70 hmot. % destilovanej vody pri teplote 20 až 80 °C.The purpose of the invention is a method of pickling stainless steel, i.e. treatment of the surface of the material before bonding. The effect of the pickling agent creates a very fine and uniform roughening of the adherent surface. The stated purpose is achieved by the pickling being carried out in a mixture composed of 25 to 90 wt. % ferric chloride, 5 to 60 wt. % hydrochloric acid and 10 to 70 wt. % distilled water at a temperature of 20 to 80 °C.

Description

Vynález sa týká sposobu morenia nehrdzavejúcej ocele. The present invention relates to a method of pickling stainless steel.

Morenie je najdoležitejší spQsob úpravy povrchu materiálu před lepením. Účinkom moiridla vzniká velmi jemné a rovnoměrné zdrsnenie povrchu materiálu.Pickling is the most important way of treating the surface of a material before bonding. The effect of the myricidal agent is a very fine and even roughening of the material surface.

Ďalší známy sposob morenia nehrdzavejúcej ocele je v zmesi zloženej z 15 až 20 °/o chloridu železitého a z 5 až 20 °/o kyseliny chlorovodíkovej. Nevýhodou tohoto sposobu morenia je vysoká teplota, pri ktorej morenie prebieha (75 až 90 °C).So far known methods of staining stainless steel are carried out in a mixture of sulfuric acid and oxalic acid. The disadvantage of this method of pickling is the high temperature at which pickling takes place (80 to 95 degrees Celsius). In qerial production, pickling technology is energy-intensive and requires high demands on the quality of the material in which pickling is carried out, especially when picking up larger plQch. Another known method of pickling stainless steel is in a mixture consisting of hydrochloric acid, formalin and hydrogen peroxide. Pickling temperature is 60 ° C. The disadvantage of this method of pickling is the high consumption of hydrogen peroxide. In mass production, this process is economically disadvantageous since hydrogen peroxide is an import chemical. Another known method of pickling stainless steel is in a mixture comprised of 15 to 20% iron (III) chloride and 5 to 20% hydrochloric acid. The disadvantage of this method of pickling is the high temperature at which pickling takes place (75 to 90 ° C).

% kyseliny chlorovodíkovej a z 10 až 70 hmot. % destilovanej vody. Teplota morenia je 20 až 80 °C.The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by the process of pickling stainless steel according to the present invention, which comprises pickling the pickling in a mixture of 25 to 90 wt. % iron (III) chloride, from 5 to 60 wt. % hydrochloric acid and from 10 to 70 wt. % distilled water. The pickling temperature is 20 to 80 ° C.

Příklady prevedenia Příklad 1The main advantage of the process of pickling stainless steel according to the present invention is that pickling is carried out cold or at lower temperatures (20 to 80 ° C). The texture of the roughened surface of the pickled material can be adjusted by varying the concentration of the pickling agent, thereby obtaining a spit and a layer that is formed on the surface of the pickled material. This stained stainless steel surface can be bonded with multiple types of adhesives with good tear test results. EXAMPLES Example 1

Sposob morenia nehrdzavejúcej ocele v zmesi zloženej z 30 hrnut. % chloridu železitého, z 25 hmot. % kyseliny chlorovodíkovej a z 45 hmot. % destilovanej vody. Teplota morenia je 55 °C. Příklad 2The method of pickling stainless steel in a mixture consisting of 30 pounds. % of ferric chloride, from 25 wt. % hydrochloric acid and 45 wt. % distilled water. The pickling temperature is 55 ° C. Example 2

SpQsob morenia nehrdzavejúcej ocele v zmesi zloženej z 55 hmot. % chloridu železitého, z 25 hmot. °/o kyseliny chlorovodíkovej a z 20 % destilovanej vody. Teplota morenia je 30 °C.The way of pickling stainless steel in a mixture of 55 wt. % of ferric chloride, from 25 wt. Hydrochloric acid and 20% distilled water. Pickling temperature is 30 ° C.
