The polymer mixture for the production of ink rollers contains 3 to 7 parts by weight of saturated polyester of the polydiethylene glycol adipate type with an average molecular weight in the range of 1,500 to 2,500, 7 to 3 parts by weight of liquid organic polysulfide with an average molecular weight of 3,000 to 6,500 and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of polyisocyanate of the toluene diisocyanate type per 10 parts by weight of the polymer mixture. . The advantage of this polymer mixture is that after heat treatment it has higher resistance to components contained in printing inks, solvents and to natural aging. It can be crosslinked with polyisocyanates, which has a positive effect on the casting of rollers. The proposed mixture can be applied in the production of ink rollers without changing the technology currently commonly used.
Description
The invention relates to a poilymer blend suitable for the manufacture of inking rollers.
Ich posobením napučiavajú, starnú a strácajú pružnost.Up to now, the ink rollers known in the art, such as the gelatin-glycerine composition, although suitable for transferring ink, do not meet the requirements of today's high-performance printing presses with their mechanical vinyls. Vulcanised rubber rollers have good mechanical properties, but are not sufficiently resistant to the components found in the inks and solvents that wash the rollers. Their position swells, ages and loses flexibility.
Also cylinders based on poilyvinyl chloride and other synthetic polymers have not been proven. Liquid organic polysulphides (thiocol) must be applied in the form of a paste, making it difficult to make cylinders. Polyurethane polymers have shown good properties for the production of ink rollers. Their disadvantage is the relatively low aging resistance and low resistance to degradation degradation in the printing process.
Po odvodnění sa teplota v reaktore zníži na 50 stupňov C, zruší sa vakuum a za miešania sa přidává 200 g toluyléindiizokyanátu.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a polymeric ink roller composition comprising from 3 to 7 parts by weight of a polydiethylene glycoladin-5-type saturated polyester having an average molecular weight of 1,500 to 2,500-7 to 3 parts by weight of a medium molecular weight liquid organic polysulfide. 3,000 to 6,500 and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a toluene-diisocyanate-type polyisocyanate per 10 parts by weight of the polymer blend. The advantage of this polymer blend is that after heat treatment it has a higher resistance to components contained in inks, solvents, and natural aging. It can be crosslinked with polyisocyanate, which is positive when casting cylinders. The proposed mixture can be applied in the manufacture of ink rollers without changing the conventional casting technology. Example 1 1 kg of polydiethylene glycol adipate is mixed with 1 kg of a liquid organic polysulfide and 0.6 g of a reaction inhibitor, e.g. adipic acid. The mixture is then freed of residual water at 6 bar and 130 DEG C. with stirring for two hours. After dewatering, the reactor temperature is reduced to 50 degrees C, vacuum is removed, and 200 g of toluene diisocyanate is added with stirring.
Příklad 2The amount of polyisocyanate added depends on the average molecular weight of the composition and the desired final hardness of the ink rollers. After the addition of toluene diisocyanate, the mixture is stirred for about 4 minutes and then degassed for 15 minutes with gradual reduction of the pressure to about 6 kPa and vigorous stirring. The degassing is continued for two minutes without stirring. After the vacuum is removed, the polymer blend is ready for casting. Example 2
