Abstract

Zariadenie Je určené na vybalovanie sifonových bombičiek a podobných nerozbitných telies z kartónových krabíc. Vybalovanie sa vykonává tým sposobom, že sa do bubna nasýpajú plné krabice, pričom bombičky vypadnu z bubna do zásobníka a prázdné krabice sú z otvoru umiestneného na lávej straně bubna odsávané do cyklónu.The device is designed for unpacking siphon cartridges and similar unbreakable objects from cardboard boxes. V súčasnej době sa bombičky z kartónových krabíc vybalujú tým sposobom ručně, že pracovníčka chytí každú krabicu do ruky, druhou rukou vytiahne príklop a trhom ruky vysype bombičky do přepravky a tieto potom dopravuje na skládku. Prázdné krabice sa odkladajú do dalších prepraviek a dopravujú k lisu. Táto práca si vyžaduje značná fyzická námahu a je málo produktívna.
