Description
The invention relates to a composition of a self-vulcanizing composite sheet for waterproofing comprising two rubber layers, the facing layer of the sheet being made of a self-curing rubber compound and a back layer of non-cured rubber compound.
Pryžové hydroizolační fólie, vyrobené z vulkanizovaných kaučukových směsí, se vyznačují vysokou odolností proti povětrnostnímu stárnutí, nejsou věak vhodné pro zhotovování a tvarování detailů, koutů, rohů, členěných prostupů, tvarově náročných ukončeních na obvodových konstrukcích.Rubber waterproofing membranes, made of vulcanized rubber compounds, are characterized by high resistance to weathering.
Rubber foils are highly resilient, flexible and thus difficult to form. Since it is a vulcanizate there are problems with gluing joints and foils to the substrate. As a result of the shrinkage of the foil, the waterproofing layer breaks by loosening the joints and foil from the substrate, thus leaking and reducing the waterproofing reliability.
Mohou to být např. fólie firmy Phoenix Gummiwerke AG /NSR/.Abroad, sheets with glass fabrics or mats are produced on the reverse side to achieve greater bonding of the rubber foils to the substrate, especially when bonding with hot asphalt. These may be, for example, foils of Phoenix Gummiwerke AG (Germany).
Also these types of foils have some disadvantages as rubber foils, especially when shaping demanding details.
Layered strip for waterproofing according to MS. AO 208 830 No. solves most of the problems mentioned, but it cannot be used for making details where shrinkage of adjacent strips or movement of the substrate has to be taken into account as it is not vulcanized and is broken in part of the permanent mechanical stress.
The self-vulcanizing layered waterproofing strip is characterized by the fact that it consists of at least two layers of rubber mixtures of synthetic or natural rubber reinforced with a support layer of glass, plastic or metal fabric, the face side of the strip is made of self-vulcanizing rubber mixture and reverse side. of the rubber unvulcanized composition, and the strip is provided with a release agent against sticking. The self-vulcanizing rubber composition may form a support layer of the belt, which is provided with a layer of unvulcanised rubber composition on the face and back.
The present invention is based on a self-vulcanizing laminated strip composition wherein the facing layer is made of a self-vulcanizing rubber composition with high weathering resistance. In order to increase the strength and formability, the strip is complemented, usually between the two layers, a fabric or a sheet of glass, plastic or metal.
Rubová vrstva fólie je vyrobena z nevulkanlzované kaučukové směsi, vyznačující se vysokou lepivostí a poddajností, kterou lze do stavu vysoké lepivosti přivést přetřením organickým rozpouštědlem apod. The backsheet of the film is made of an unvulcanised rubber compound, characterized by high tack and flexibility, which can be brought to a state of high tack by overcoating with an organic solvent or the like.
Spojením samovulkanlzující a nevulkanizující kaučukové vrstvy, navcí výhodně vyztužené tkaninami nebo fóliemi, získává se několik významných předností před dosavadními typy kaučukových pásů, a to především velmi dobrá tvarovatelnost i těch nejsložitějších detailů bez nutnosti nastřlhování pásu nebo jeho předcházejícího tvarování za použití speciálních přípravků, přičemž vrstva se stává po přetření rozpouštědlem silně lepivou a usnadňuje tvarování složitých detailů při dokonalém přilnutí k podkladu.Combining a self-vulcanizing and non-vulcanizing rubber layer, preferably additionally reinforced with fabrics or foils, affords several significant advantages over the prior art types of rubber belts, in particular the very good formability of even the most complex details without having to cut or preform the belt using special preparations. becomes highly sticky after solvent overcoating and facilitates the formation of complex details while adhering perfectly to the substrate.
Another important advantage is that the web cures after being formed, so that it acquires the properties of a vulcanized web that is resistant not only to weathering but also to failure due to internal tension in the web due to the movement of the substrate or related building parts.
