The purpose of the invention is to propose an improved design and material composition of a unified cable termination for a wide range of cross-sectional types of cable cores. The essence of the solution is that the insulating body of the cable termination consists of two mutually fitting parts, namely the reducing insert (3) and the basic termination (2J. The reducing insert is in the form of an elastomeric tube with a length equal to the length of the basic termination increased by the height of the truncated cone, which is the elastomeric tube terminated at one end. The apex angle of the truncated cone is in the range of 1° to 35° and the wall thickness at the point of termination of the cone is a maximum of 0.5 mm. The inner diameter of the reducing insert is derived from the diameter of the cable core insulation, while the outer diameter is constant. The dimensions of the basic termination are constant for a whole range of cross-sectional types of cable cores, for example from 70 to 340 mm2. The reducing insert (3) is made of a material with a permittivity higher than the permittivity of the insulating body (lj of the basic termination (2j. The invention can be used in the construction and repair of high and very high voltage electrical power cable distribution systems.

The present invention relates to the problem of high-voltage cable terminations and very high-density, isolation synthetic materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved construction and material composition of a unified cable terminal suitable for a plurality of core core diameters. At present, the veins of MV and HV of the plastic cables are terminated by different types of connectors. The most common method is to terminate with elastomeric prefabricated terminals with capacitive control of the electric pole. The insulating body of such a terminal piece forms a unit with the deflector element. The terminal pieces thus formed are telescopically thick-walled, usable only by a slight expansion of the cable core insulation cross-sections.
The disadvantage of the cable clamps produced today with capacitive control of the electric pole is the considerable complicated shape, and thus also the technology of its production. The complexity of the shape is due to the shape of the deflector, which must ensure a smooth transition from the semiconducting layer of the core conductor insulation to the half-control element upon insertion of the terminal of the cable core insulation. A further disadvantage is that for each cross-sectional type of cable with a core insulation diameter, it is necessary to produce a ball end of other internal dimensions and the corresponding deflector shape. The serial production of such terminals is low. These cable terminals, in which the insulating body of one uniform, electrical permittivity, exhibits a high electrical stress between the cable core and the terminal. The current shape and technology of manufacture does not allow the creation of an insulating body of the terminal to make it. the permittivity varied stepwise, thereby providing a more favorable distribution of the electrical stress at the interface of the cable insulation and the cable terminal.
Experimentálně bolo overené, ževhodným odstupňováním permitivity zníži saaxiálna zložka intenzity elektrického pol'ana rozhraní medzi izoláciou kábla a koncov-ky. Poklesne pri aplikácii riešenia podfa vy-nálezu až o 50 °/o, čo priaznivo vplýva naživotnost a spofahlivosť káblových konco-viek podlá vynálezu. The aforementioned drawbacks of cable terminals with capacitive electric field control are solved by the solution according to the invention, which consists in the fact that the insulating body cable terminal consists of a reducing element and a plug-in base terminal. In this case, the reducing insert is formed as an elastomeric tube of a length equal to that of the basic terminal, which is increased by the height of the rusted tube, which is an elastomeric tube terminated at one end. The apex angle of the cone is in the range of 1 to 35 ° and the wall thickness at the cone end is 0.5 mm. The inner diameter of the reducing insert is 0.5 to 5 mm larger than the core insulation of the cable, while the outer diameter of the reducing insert is constant and equal, respectively. 1 mm higher than the inner diameter of the plug-in terminal. The reducing insert 4 is of a material with permittivity higher than that of the insulating body of the base end. The advantage of the proposed design of the high-voltage cable terminal is that it consists of two parts, the base end being usable for a number of cross-sectional types of MV and HV cables with a different core insulation diameter, with corresponding reductions for each diameter insertion of a set differentiated according to the inner diameter. That is, if the base end is selected to be one whose inner diameter (Dkj corresponds to the largest cross-section of the wire core insulation of 240 mm2, then the cable terminal can be used directly for this cross-sectional cable type and for all smaller cross-section types, e.g. It is necessary to use a plug-in adapter first, 95, 120, 150, 185, 185, 185. The reduction insert is in the form of a cone-shaped cut-off tube at one end, which is very simple in terms of manufacturing technology, especially if it is only changed Inner diameter of the reducing insert means that the molding for the cable sizes of the cable can be saved, and one solution of the invention is to utilize one dimensional type of cable end piece and a set of reducing inserts for all dimensional types of cables. inserts made of material with higher permittivity than the permittivity insulating body of cables The electrical basic stress of the interface between the cable insulation and the insulation of the end piece is reduced by the basic base cone. Experimentally, it has been proven, by permissive graduation of permittivity, to reduce the saaxial component of the electric field intensity between the insulation of the cable and the terminal. Upon application of the invention, the solution will be reduced by up to 50%, which has a beneficial effect on the lifetime and reliability of the cable terminals according to the invention.
