Vynález sa týká unášacej hlavy s pláva-júcim uloižením, používanej u strojov bez-trhavinového rozpojovania hornin — ko-mínovacích súprav.
Pre přenos krútiaceho momentu na vrtnésútyčie s možnosťou naklápania do trochstupňov (3°) ako aj čiastočne axiálneho· po-súvania v mieste uchytenia vrtného sútyčiaslúži unášacia hlava dovázaná zo zahrani-čia. Táto unášacia hlava je dimenzovaná napřenos krútiacich momentov zodpovedajú-cich priemeru rozširovania max. 2 440 mm,aj to· len po doporučení výrobců. Okrem to-ho je potřebné častejšie měnit hnaciu ob-jímku, ktorá sa rýchle opotřebovává prikrokovom systéme výměny vrtného sútyčiapo 1,5 m.
Doterajšie nevýhody rieši unášaca hlavas plávajúcim uložením, ktorej podstata spo-čívá v tom, že pozostáva zo spojky, do· kto-rej je naskrutkovaná mazacia hlavica, pri-čom o spojku sa opiera cez podložku upí-nací čap. O spojku je priskrutkovaná pomo-cou skrutiek gutová opierka, ktorá záro-veň slúži ako nosič stieracieho krúžku, při-pevněného' pomocou príložky a skrutiek. Gu-1’oivá opierka je zároveň nosič o m prsteňapoisteného perom a připevněného skrutka-mi a ďalej sa o guíovú plochu gulovej o-pierky opiera hnacia objímka. Hnacia ob- 2 jímka je vybavená v hornej časti vonkajšímvencom ozubenia, ktoré je suvne uloženévoi vnútornom ozubení spojky. Vnútorná částhnacej objímky je vybavená puzdrom tesne-nia, axiálně zaisteného poistným krúžkoma utěsněného pomocou krúžku a tesniacehoikrúžku. Unášacia hlava s plávajúcim ulože-ním má s výhodou upínací čap a hnaciu ob-jímku z materiálu nikelchrómmangánovo-molybdénového. Využitím predmetu vynále-zu sa dosiahne hlavně možnost využívat u-nášaciu hlavu s plávajúcim uložením prepřenos krútiacich momentov zodpovedajú-cich priemeru rozširovania do' 3 600 mm.Ďalej je riešená zvýšená životnost hnacejobjímky použitím nikelchróm-mangánovo-molybdénového materiálu t. j. výkovku hna-cej objímky z tohto materiálu. Nie zanedba-telným ukazateíom je aj podstatná úsporadevizových prostriedkov na nákup zo' za-hraničia. Vyšším účinkom sa prejaví ajkonstrukčně usporiadanie hlavy z pohtaduvyšších nárokov na únosnost
Na pripojenom výkrese je v právej polo-vici obrázku znázorněný rez unášacou hla-vou s plávajúcim uložením a v tavej polovi-ci je nakreslený pohlad na unášaciu hlavu.
Unášacia hlava s plávajúcim uložením· sa skládá zo spojky 1, v ktorej je zaskrutkova- ná mazacia hlavica 16, ktorou sa privádza 243914

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a float-bearing driving head used in non-explosive rock-breaking machines.
For the transmission of torque to drill rods with the possibility of tilting to the three-stage (3 °) as well as partially axial movement at the point of attachment of the drill bit, the driving head serves the purpose of driving from abroad. This drive head is dimensioned for the transmission of torques corresponding to an extension diameter of up to 2,440 mm, even after the manufacturer's recommendations. In addition to this, it is necessary to change the drive casing more frequently, which is quickly worn by the stepping system of the drill rod exchange at 1.5 m.
The present drawbacks are solved by the entraining head with a floating bearing, the essence of which is that it consists of a coupling in which the lubricating head is screwed, with the coupling being supported by a washer pin. The gutter is bolted to the coupling by means of screws, which at the same time serves as a support for the wiper ring fixed by means of a tab and screws. At the same time, the guiding arm is supported by a ring secured by a tongue and secured by screws, and the drive sleeve is supported on the ball surface of the ball-shaped lip. The drive well is equipped with an external toothing in the upper part, which is slidably supported by the internal toothing of the clutch. The inner sleeve is provided with a sealing sleeve, axially secured with a retaining ring sealed with a ring and a sealing ring. Preferably, the floating bearing driving head has a clamping pin and a drive housing made of nickel chromanangan-molybdenum material. By using the object of the invention, it is mainly achieved by the use of a mounting head with a floating mounting of torque transmission corresponding to the extension diameter of up to 3600 mm. from this material. Not a negligible indicator is the substantial cost savings on purchases abroad. The higher effect is also manifested by the design of the head from the higher bearing capacity
