Abstract

The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of adjusting the bearing clearance and to enable free rotation of the segment supports, or their displacement in the event of an accident or large temperature changes. This purpose is achieved by placing a sleeve on the shaft of the adjusting screw on the side opposite to the front surface of the tilting segment support, which is mounted with its threaded end in the adjusting stop, mounted in the bearing housing. A resilient element is placed between the adjusting stop and the stop sleeve. The sensitivity of adjusting the bearing clearance is determined by the difference in the pitch of the adjusting screw and the adjusting stop.

Description

Vynález se týká radiálního kluzného ložiska s naklápěcími segmenty, u kterého se řeěí podepření segmentu a nastavování ložiskové vůle.The invention relates to a radial plain bearing with tilting segments, in which the support of the segment and the adjustment of the bearing clearance are addressed.

The hitherto known design of spherical plain bearings utilizes support of segments whose position is determined either by the stops or by a tapered mandrel provided with a fine thread. In some cases, this principle does not allow a sufficiently sensitive adjustment of the bearing clearance, or it cannot be used due to constructional reasons, for example, the inaccessibility of the bearing in the axial direction.

The solution also does not allow in all cases the use of a resilient element which allows the support to be pushed off and thus increases play (for example in the event of an accident), or the use of the resilient member does not provide free rotation of the support required for proper alignment.

These drawbacks are overcome by the arrangement according to the invention, which is based on the fact that the sleeve on the side of the adjusting screw is placed on the side of the adjusting screw on its side opposite the end face and is threaded in the adjusting stop.

Stoupání závitů stavěcího šroubu a závitu stavěcího dorazu sa liží o 0,05 až 0,3 mm.The adjusting stop is mounted in the bearing housing. A resilient element is provided coaxially between the adjusting stop and the housing. The pitch of the set screw threads and the set stop threads vary by 0.05 to 0.3 mm.

Nezávislým natáčením stavěcího dorazu a stavěcího šroubu se na principu diferenciálního šroubu nastaví základní ložisková vůle, přičemž při vhodné volbě stoupání obou závitů není problémem dosáhnout přesnosti nastavení 0,5Am.By adjusting the adjusting stop and the adjusting screw independently, the basic bearing clearance is adjusted on the principle of the differential screw.

The resilient element located between the sleeve and the adjusting stop defines both the play in the thread and allows the sleeve and therefore the bearing segment to be moved away from the bearing axis. This option is especially useful in very different temperature modes of the bearing, eventually in emergency conditions, where the bearing clearance is automatically compensated.

The attached drawing shows an example of the construction of the whole node, in which Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of the bearing at the point of support of the segment and Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment with rubber rings.

Na obr. 2 je alternativní provedení, kde pružný element 8 je tvořen pryžovými kroužky. The rubber rings can also serve as a sealing element.
