Abstract
The solution relates to a device for controlled oxygen therapy with continuous negative pressure. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a video display (5) is connected to one output of a computer analyzer (4), a therapeutic dispenser (6) of drugs (alkali) is connected to the second output, and a device for continuous negative pressure oxygen therapy (7) is connected to the third output. The acid-base balance ratios are evaluated on the display using a mathematical model of the acid-base balance of the blood, thus forming the basis of the microcomputer program.
Description
Vynález sa týká zariadenia na riadenú oxygenoterapiu kontinuálně negativným tlakom, ktoré pozostáva z dvoch transkutanných elektrod pO2 a pCO2 připojených na rádiometer, ktorého výstup je zapojený na počítačový analyzátor a tento paralelnými výstupmi je připojený na videodisplej, terapeutický dávkovač a přístroj na oxygenoterapiu kontinuálně negativným tlakom.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for controlled continuous negative pressure oxygen therapy comprising two transcutaneous electrodes pO2 and pCO2 connected to a radiometer, the output of which is connected to a computer analyzer and connected in parallel to a video display, therapeutic dispenser and oxygen negative pressure continuous therapy device.
So far, this form of oxygen therapy has been used more or less based on the patient's clinical condition, resp. with occasional examination of acid-base parameters with an Astrup device (pH, pO2, pCO2, HbO2j and according to the results of these values, the negative pressure in the dilution box was adjusted approximately).
The above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the present invention, which consists in that a video display is connected to one output of the computer analyzer, a therapeutic dispenser is connected to the other output and a continuous negative pressure oxygen therapy device connected to the third output.
Výhoda tohto zariadenia je v presnom kontinuálnom dávkovaní příslušného lieku, například bikarbonátu, v presnom riadení podtlaku na základe počítačového analyzátora hodnotami pO2, pCO2 a matematickej syntézy dalších parametrov acidobázy, a to:The advantage of this device is in accurate continuous dosing of the respective drug, for example bicarbonate, in precise vacuum control based on a computer analyzer with pO2, pCO2 values and mathematical synthesis of other acidobase parameters, namely:
pH, HbO2, standard. HC03, aktuál. HC03, totál. CO2 a hodnoty excesu báz.pH, HbO2, standard. HC03, current. HC03, total. CO2 and base excess values.
Přiložený výkres obsahuje blokovú schému zapojenla. The enclosed drawing contains a wiring diagram.
Zariadenie na riadenú oxygenoterapiu kontinuálně negativným tlakom má dva transkutanné elektródy. Jednou elektrodou ρθ2 1 snímá hodnotu parciálneho tlaku kyslíka a druhou pCO2 2 snímá parciálný tlak kysličníka uhličitého. Tieto elektródy sú zapojené na rádiometer 3. Rádiometer 3 je připojený na počítačový analyzátor 4. Tento počítačový analyzátor 4 má tri výstupy. Na jeden výstup je připojený videodisplej 5, na druhý výstup je připojený terapeutický dávkovač 6 a na třetí výstup je připojený přístroj na oxygenoterapiu kontinuálně negativným tlakom 7.The continuous negative pressure oxygen therapy device has two transcutaneous electrodes. One electrode ρθ2 1 senses the oxygen partial pressure and the other pCO2 2 senses the carbon dioxide partial pressure. These electrodes are connected to radiometer 3. Radiometer 3 is connected to computer analyzer 4. This computer analyzer 4 has three outputs. A video display 5 is connected to one output, a therapeutical dispenser 6 is connected to the other output, and an oxygen therapy device is connected to the third output continuously with negative pressure 7.
The patient is transcutaneously monitored by a pO2 electrode 1 and a pCO2 electrode 2 connected to a radiometer 3, whose sensed values are processed by a computer analyzer 4 in a program of acid-base balance mathematical relations. The analyzer outputs 4 are connected in parallel to control the solenoid valves of the therapeutical dispenser 6 and the oxygen 7 and the corresponding video display 5, which is connected to the output, the third is the results of blood acidobase analysis.
