Abstract

Navrhovaný postup budovania podzemnej steny umožňuje zvýšenie využitia samotvrdnúcej suspenzie a vytaženého štrkopiesčitého výkopku z podzemnej steny pri výraznom znížení potřeby odvážať výkopok. Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne takým spósobom, že vytažený štrkopisčitý výkopok z podzemnej steny sa vo vhodnom zariadení zhomogenizuje so samotvrdnúcou suspenziou a vracia sa spať do vopred vyhlbeného úseku ryhy podzemnej steny.The proposed underground wall construction procedure allows for increased utilization of the self-hardening suspension and the excavated gravel-sand excavation from the underground wall while significantly reducing the need to transport the excavation. Doterajší postup budovania tesniacich podzemuých stien pomocou samotvrdnúcej suspenzie je charakterizovaný tým, že vytažený materiál vynášaný híbiacim zariadením z ryhy je považovaný za nevhodný a odváža sa na skládky nevhodného materiálu, alebo sa ukládá vedla vyhlbenej ryhy podzemnej steny. Nevýhodou takéhoto postupu je skutečnost, že spolu s výkopkom sa stráca aj časť samotvrdnúcej suspenzie, ktorá je obsiahnutá vo vyhíbenom materiáli v perceratuálnom obsahu asi 10—40 % objemových.
