Vynález se týká tlumícího vinutí elvoupolových synchronních strojů mezních výkonů s hladkým rotorem, napájených z polovodičových měničů frekvence se sníženým proudovým i mechanickým namáháním,BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the damping windings of elvoupole synchronous smooth-power limit machines powered from semiconductor frequency converters with reduced current and mechanical stresses.
In the case of synchronous two-pole machines, when powering from semiconductor frequency converters, non-sinusoidal power supply causes additional losses on the rotor surface, the magnitude of which decreases with decreasing resistance of the damping winding. This leads the machine builder to realize a compact damping winding consisting of a rotor winding wedge and short-circuit rings of high electrical conductivity materials with sufficient mechanical strength. The mechanical and electrical requirements for the wedge and ring material are short-circuited. At present, alloys with a resistivity in the range of 0.02 to 0.025-Λ- / mm are predominantly used. Also known are solutions which employ non-magnetic rotor windings as short-circuiting ring when using wedges with high electrical conductivity. This hoop is usually provided with a copper insert at the point of contact with the wedges. The effort for maximum electrical conductivity of the damping winding usually leads to the implementation of machines with rotor winding wedges in one piece. Briefly attaching these wedges to the ring is an extremely difficult technical problem that has not been satisfactorily solved so far. In principle, it is necessary to solve simultaneously electrical problems, namely the transfer of currents of the order of magnitude kA and mechanical problems, due to different thermal dilatations of the rotor body, wedges and rotor windings. When the machine is working, the cage of the damping, winding is stressed not only by centrifugal forces, but also by considerable forces from different thermal dilatations of individual parts of the rotor.
Výše uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje tlumící vinutí dvoupólových synchronních strojů meznícfi výkonů s hladkým rotorem napájených z polovodičových měničů frekvence podle vynálezu. Tlumící vinutí sestává z kruhu nakrátko, tvořeného ocelovou nemagnetickou bandáží a klínů vinuti rotoru. The above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome by the damping windings of two-pole synchronous power machines with smooth rotor power supplied from the semiconductor frequency converters according to the invention. The damping winding consists of a short circuit consisting of a steel non-magnetic bandage and wedges of the rotor winding. The essence of this damping winding is that the wedges are made of a material whose electrical resistance is greater than the electrical resistance of the copper conductor and is distributed transversely at least once in its length. Transverse splitting points of the wedges are symmetrically alternated around the circumference of the rotor body, at splitting points the wedges are connected by at least one sliding electrically conductive coupling which is located in the side of the wedge and reaches to the surface. and electrically conductively connected at the location of the end face of the rotor body to both the wedges and the teeth of the rotor body.
The damping winding thus made ensures that approximately the same currents flow both the wedges and the teeth of the rotor.
This significantly relieves the current damping winding itself and the contact surfaces between the wedges and the non-magnetic bandage and the electrically conductive wedge couplings are subjected to substantially less current. In addition, large additional mechanical stresses on the rotor portion from thermal dilatations are eliminated. This not only increases the operational reliability of the machine at lower material and production costs, but also enables the rotor cooling intensity to be increased due to reduced mechanical stresses, which is essential.
An exemplary embodiment of a damping winding according to the invention is shown in the attached drawing. Ocelové nemagnetická bandáž 4 čel vinutí £ rotoru je rozebíratelně a elektricky vodivě spojena jak s klíny i, tak se zuby 2 rotoru v místě 0sazení čelní části těla rotoru 6,The wedges i are made of the material it has. an electrical resistance greater than the hitherto used alloys having a high electrical conductivity, in particular an electrical conductor. The wedges 1 of the rotor windings are at least once transversely divided in their length. At the transverse dividing point 2, the wedges 1 are connected by at least one sliding, electrically conductive coupling J. Usually, these sliding, electrically conductive couplings J two are used. mm · The sliding, electrically conductive couplings J are located in the lateral part of the wedge X at the cross section 6 and extend up to the surface of the rotor body 6. The cross section points 2 of the two adjacent wedges 1 are alternated lengthwise. The separations of all the wedges 1 are symmetrically alternated around the periphery of the rotor body 6 in order to avoid inadmissible heating in one plane. The steel non-magnetic bandage 4 of the rotor winding faces 4 is detachably and electrically conductively connected both to the wedges 1 and to the teeth 2 of the rotor at the location 0 of the front part of the rotor body 6,
Elektrické spojení je zajištěno ve styku ocelová nemagnetická bandáž 4 a klín 2 jednak svěrem ocelové nemagnetické bandáže 4 θ jednak odstředivou silou vah vinutí £ rotoru při chodu. Styk mezi klínem 1 a kluznou, elektricky vodivou spoj- . kou J je,zajištěn montážním přesahem v klidu, nebot kluzná, elektricky vodivá spojka J je tlustlí než mezera v místě 2 příčného dělení a při chodu odstředivou silou váhy vinutí £ rotoru v části pod kluznou, elektricky vodivou spojkou J.The electrical connection is provided in contact by the steel non-magnetic bandage 4 and the wedge 2 on the one hand by clamping the steel non-magnetic bandage 4 θ on the other hand by the centrifugal force of the rotor winding weights 6 during operation. Contact between wedge 1 and sliding, electrically conductive joint. The electrically conductive clutch J is thicker than the gap at the transverse partition 2 and, when running, by the centrifugal force of the rotor winding weight in the part below the sliding, electrically conductive clutch J.
The electrical contact between the steel non-magnetic bandage 4 and the tooth 2 is provided by a hot-over fit.
Tím je proudově podstatně odlehčeno vlastní tlumící vinutí a styčné plochy mezi klíny 1 a ocelovou nemagnetickou bandáží £ jsou podstatně méně proudově namáhány·When the machine is running, the damping winding thus realized ensures that approximately the same currents flow both the wedges 2 and the teeth 2 of the rotor. As a result, the damping winding itself is substantially relieved of current and the contact surfaces between the wedges 1 and the steel non-magnetic bandage 4 are considerably less current loaded.

Since the transverse separation points 6 of the individual wedges 1 do not lie in a plane perpendicular to the oau of the rotor body 6 but are symmetrically pre-class, the additional mechanical stress on the rotor part from thermal dilatations is avoided.
