Description

The invention relates to a plastic grease for central lubrication devices for rolling sliding slow-speed bearings, mainly for lubrication using high-pressure lubrication devices, long grease lines for lubricating sliding parts of motor vehicle chassis, as well as a filling for insufficiently sealed slow-speed gearboxes and for lubricating articulated chains.

The production of aluminum stearate grease in non-paraffinic oil distillates is generally known in the world. Non-paraffinic oil distillates must be of high quality, for example, hydrotreated. Latex is added to the grease to increase adhesion.

Súčasný sortiment plastických maziv a stav techniky vo svete nepostačuje pokryt nároky vyspělého priemyslu. The current range of greases and the state of the art in the world are not sufficient to cover the demands of advanced industry. Modern engineering technology and technological industrial equipment place increased demands on the quality of greases. The development of engineering technology is moving towards increasing maximum temperatures in the bearing, which means that the required greases must not only be increasingly resistant to operating temperatures in operation, but must also be able to be used at both low and higher operating temperatures, because it is mainly required that the grease be able to ensure perfect lubrication of the bearing and lubrication point under all conditions, both during start-up - starting from a standstill at low temperatures, and during operation at higher temperatures.

Based on the experience gained in the production of plastic lubricants from mineral oils from sulfur-paraffinic crude oils, the substitution of oil distillates from non-paraffinic crude oils was approached by a systematic selection and composition of oil distillates from sulfur-paraffinic crude oils in combination with pseudo-raffinate.

When preparing a grease, it was necessary to assess not only the rheological properties of each component and the resulting system separately, but also their influence on other properties of the grease, such as anti-seize properties, mechanical stress, pumpability - fluidity, adhesion, separation of the oil component and the like.

Pri volbě záměny olejov pri výrobě plastického maziva akostné ukazovatele podlá ČSN 65 6946 holi závazné.When choosing to change oils in the production of plastic lubricant, the quality indicators according to ČSN 65 6946 are mandatory.

In the preparation of the plastic lubricant according to the invention, it was shown that the desired effects for general properties, such as perfect adhesion, ductility, water resistance and anti-seize properties, were achieved only by combining paralinic oil with polyhydric alcohols with a number of carbon atoms of 2 to 14 in the molecule and/or esters with a number of carbon atoms of 5 to 40 in the molecule and 0.05 to 1.5% by weight of latex.

A plastic lubricant usable at temperatures from 0 to 100 °C is characterized in that it consists of 1 to 10% by weight of a solid phase formed by aluminum stearate from 90 to 99.0% by weight of mineral oil from sulfur-paraffinic petroleum with a viscosity of 70 to 280 mm 2 . . s J at 50 °C, a viscosity index of 25 to 85, a pour point of -12 to -16 C C, an acid number of 0.01 to 0.003 mg KOH/g, 0.05 to 1.5% by weight of latex with a rubber content of at least 60% by weight and 0.1 to 5% by weight of polyhydric alcohols and/or 0.05 to 5% by weight of esters.

Vzhladom na to, že plastické mazivo sa používá na mazanie klzných častí podvozkov motorových vozidiel do pomalobežných prevodoviek na mazanie kíbových reťazí, klzných i valivých pomalobežných ložísk pri mazaní pomocou vysokotlakových prístrojov a dlhých tukovodov v teplotnom rozsahu 10 až 100 C, je potřebné zabezpečit zlepšeme tepelno-koloidnej stability, dokonalú tekutost, odolnost proti vyplavovaniu vodou, přilnavost a rozšířit teplotný rozsah použitelnosti plastického maziva.Given that grease is used for lubricating sliding parts of motor vehicle chassis, in low-speed gearboxes, for lubricating articulated chains, sliding and rolling low-speed bearings when lubricating using high-pressure devices and long grease lines in the temperature range of 10 to 100 C, it is necessary to ensure improved thermal-colloidal stability, perfect fluidity, resistance to water washout, adhesion and to expand the temperature range of applicability of the grease.
