Vynález rieši meranie spotřeby páry u foriem preteplovaných parou. V spodně) časti formy s preteplovaním pomocou páry je vytvořená nádoba na meranie množstva kondenzátu. Po ukončení preteplovania je možné presne zistiť kol'ko kondenzátu je v odmernej nádobě a z toho určiť spotřebu páry. Vynález je možné využit v stavebníctve pri výrobě betonových dielcov.The invention solves the measurement of steam consumption in steam-heated molds. Vynález je možné využit v stavebníctve pri výrobě betonových idielcov.

Vynález rieši meranie spotřeby páry u foriem preteplovaných parou. V súčasnosti používané formy preteplované parou často nemajú zabezpečené meranie spotřeby páry. Je to spůsobené tým, že pri umiestneni niektorého typu súčasne vyrábaných prietokomerov na formu, by bol tento namáhaný rázmi, a to najmá od vibrácií pri zhutňovaní betónovej zmesi a tiež pri manipulácii s formou a jej čistění. To by spósobilo nepřesnost meracieho prístroja až jeho znehodnotenie. Pre prax je možné použit' len také meranie množstva spotrebovanej páry, ktoré je odolné proti nešetrnému zaobchádzaniu. Je tiež výhodné, ak po dosiahnutí požadovaného stavu umožňuje jednoducho realizovat uzavretie přítoku páry do formy. U súčasných meracích prístrojov by bolo možné realizovat túto požiadavku prístrojmi s elektrickým prenosom signálu k uzatváracej armatúre na přívode páry do formy. Celé zapojenie by si vyžadovalo pripojenie na zdroj elektrickej energie. Takéto usporiadanie prístrojov na každej formě by bolo drahé a hlavně nespofahlivé a s malou životnosťou, a preto sa v praxi ani nepoužívá. Obvykle sa meria len spotřeba páry pre celé skupiny foriem, pričom meracie přístroje sú umiestnené na spoločnotm potrubí pre přívod páry.
Nevýhodou toho je, že takéto meranie spotřeby páry neumožňuje presne sledovat spotřebu u jednotlivých foriem a na základe toho realizovat potřebné opatrenia k jej zníženiu.
Podstata vynálezu je v tom, že v spodnej časti formy je vytvořená odmerná nádoba na meranie množstva kondenzátu. Po ukončení preteplovania je možné presne zistiť kofko kondenzátu je v odmernej nádobě a z toho určit spotřebu páry. Výhodou riešenia je možnost presne merať spotřebu páry pri preteplovaní u jednotlivých foriem. Ďalšou výhodou je jednoduchost a spolehlivost zariadenia. Na formu je možné umiestniť plavákový ventil, ktorý po dosiahnutí predpísanej hladiny kondenzátu uzavrie přívod páry. Příklad prevedenia je znázorněný na obrázku 1. V spodnej časti formy 1 je vytvořená odmerná nádoba 2 na meranie množstva kondenzátu 3. Pri preteplovaní vyrábaného dielca 4 para kondenzuje a stéká do odmernej nádoby 2. Spodný rám 5 vytvára spodnú hranu vyrábaného dielca 4. V niektorých prípadoch može slúžiť ako odmerná nádoba 2 priamo spodná časť pariacieho priestoru formy 1. Jej přesné hodnoty objemu sa zisstia ciachovaním.
Formu s preteplovaním podta vynálezu je možné využit v stavebníctve pri výrobě betonových dielcov.

The invention addresses the measurement of steam consumption for steam-heated molds. The currently used steam-heated molds often do not have a secure measurement of steam consumption. This is due to the fact that when placing some type of concomitantly produced flowmeters on the mold, it would be impacted, and this is particularly the case with vibration in compacting the concrete mixture and also in handling and cleaning the mold. This would cause the measuring instrument to be inaccurate, even to its detriment. For practice, it is only possible to measure the amount of steam consumed that is resistant to rough handling. It is also advantageous if, once the desired state has been reached, it is possible to simply close the steam inlet into the mold. In current measuring devices, it would be possible to realize this requirement by devices with electrical signal transmission to a shut-off fitting on the steam supply to the mold. The entire wiring would require a power supply connection. Such an arrangement of the devices on each form would be expensive and, above all, unreliable and with a low lifetime, and therefore not even used in practice. Usually, only steam consumption is measured for whole groups of molds, while the meters are placed in the steam supply line.
The disadvantage of this is that such a measurement of steam consumption does not allow to accurately monitor the consumption of the individual molds and, accordingly, implement the necessary measures to reduce it.
The essence of the invention is that a volumetric container for measuring the amount of condensate is formed in the lower mold part. After overheating, it is possible to accurately determine the condensate in the measuring vessel and to determine the steam consumption. The advantage of the solution is the possibility to accurately measure steam consumption during over-heating of individual molds. Another advantage is the simplicity and reliability of the device. A float valve can be placed on the mold to close the steam supply when the prescribed condensate level is reached. An exemplary embodiment is shown in Figure 1. In the lower part of the mold 1, a volumetric container 2 is formed for measuring the amount of condensate 3. When overheating the produced component 4, the steam condenses and flows into a metering container 2. The lower frame 5 forms the lower edge of the manufactured component 4. In some in some cases, the lower part of the steaming chamber 1 can serve as a measuring container 2. Its exact volume values are obtained by calibration.
The overheating form of the invention can be used in the construction industry for the production of concrete parts.
