Zmes ceruloplazmínu, transferínu a IgG, IgA, IgM imunoglobulínov obsahuje ceruloplazmín v množstve 0,2 až 2,0 g/1, transferín v množstve 1,0 až 4,0 g/1, imunoglobulíny IgG, IgA, IgM v množstve 0,2 až 0,6 g/1, pričom uvedené zložky sú rozpuštěné v roztoku albuminu o koncentrácii 45 až 55 g/1. Roztok 1'udského albuminu sa připraví etanolovou frakcionácíou, následnou lyofilizáciou a rozpuštěním v roztoku 0,02 mól. acetyl-d,l-tryptofanu a 0,02 mól. roztoku ka,prylanu sodného.
