Abstract
Zmesi ceruloplazmínu, transferínu spolu s 7 S imunoglobulínami alebo v zmesi s IgG, IgA, IgM-imunoglobulínami pozostáva z ceruloplazmínu v množstve 0,1 až 2,5 g, transferínu v množstve 0,5 až 5,0 g a imunoglobulínov v množstve 3,0 až 30,0 g v 1 000 g kakaového oleja.A mixture of ceruloplasmin and transferrin with immunoglobulins for application to mucous membranes, where the carrier is cocoa oil for the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the digestive tract and female genitalia. The effect of the preparation is achieved by the bacteriostatic effect of transferrin, which is enhanced by ceruloplasmin and the antibody activity of immunoglobulins, while the aforementioned effects are also potentiated by the addition of broad-spectrum antibiotics. The mixture of ceruloplasmin, transferrin together with 7 S immunoglobulins or in a mixture with IgG, IgA, IgM-immunoglobulins consists of ceruloplasmin in an amount of 0.1 to 2.5 g, transferrin in an amount of 0.5 to 5.0 g and immunoglobulins in an amount of 3.0 to 30.0 g in 1,000 g of cocoa oil.
Description
The invention relates to a mixture of ceruloplasmin and transferrin together with immunoglobulins 7S or IgG, IgA and IgM, for application to the mucous membranes, wherein the carrier of ceruloplasmin, transferrin and immunoglobulins is cocoa oil while combined with topically used antibiotics. Said substances are formulated as suppositories, vaginal globules or sticks.
V súčasnom období sa v chirurgii a gynekologii používajú čapíky pre lokálnu aplikáciu na sliznice zažívacieho traktu a ženských genitálii pri zápalových procesoch bakteriálnych ako aj virusových.Recently, suppositories have been used in surgery and gynecology for topical application to the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract and female genitalia in inflammatory processes, both bacterial and viral.
V poslednom čase sa stále viacej venuje pozornost problematike bakteriostatického účinku transferínu. Ceruloplazmín má význačná intalytickú funkciu pri oxidácii plazmatického železa a tým umožňuje jeho vazbu na transferín, a tak podporuje bakteriostatickú a ostatně funkcie imunostimulačné transferínu (Wald I., Morawski K., Szatbol W.: Chemické a enzymatické vlastnosti ceroloplazmínu; Post. Hig. i Med. Dósw. 13, 697, 1959; Samuel I.: Relationsnips between ceruloplasmin and viral imunity, Virologie 33/1/, 63 až 72, 1982; Letendre E. D.: Ceruloplasmin and regulation of transferin iren during Neisseria meningitidis infectlon in mice, Infect. Immun 45/1/, 133 až 138, 1984).Recently, the bacteriostatic effect of transferrin has been increasingly being addressed. Ceruloplasmin has a prominent intalytic function in the oxidation of plasma iron and thus allows its binding to transferrin, thus promoting bacteriostatic and, moreover, immunostimulatory transferrin functions (Wald I., Morawski K., Szatbol W. .: Chemical and Enzymatic Properties of Ceroloplasmin; Post Hig. I. 13, 697 (1959), Med., J. Samuel I: Relationships between Ceruloplasmin and Viral Immunity, Virology 33 (1), 63-72, 1982; Letendre ED: Ceruloplasmin and Regulation of Transferrin during Neisseria meningitidis infectlon in mice, Infect. Immun 45 (1), 133-138 (1984).
Priemerný obsah ceruloplazmínu v krvnej plazme činí 0,03 g na 100 ml.The average ceruloplasmin content in blood plasma is 0.03 g per 100 ml.
The present invention provides a mixture of ceruloplasmin and transferrin together with 7 with immunoglobulins or with IgG, IgA, IgM-immunoglobulins for application to the mucous membranes, characterized in that it contains 0.1 to 5.0 wt. 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of ceruloplasmin; parts by weight of transferrin, 3.0 to 30.0 wt. parts of 7 S immunoglobulins or IgG, IgA, IgM immunoglobulins and 1000 wt. parts of cocoa oil. Said mixture is formed into suppositories, globules or sticks.
V případe, že sa do zmesi pridávajú antibiotika, používajú sa tieto koncentrácie na 100 g kakaového oleja:Where antibiotics are added to the mixture, the following concentrations shall be used per 100 g of cocoa oil:
Chloramfenicolchloramphenicol
Neomycínneomycin
TrichomycínTrichomycín
Gentamycingentamicin
