Riešenie sa týká zariadenia zabezpečujúceho plynulý rozběh a plynulé zastavenie premiesťujúcich sa častí strojov, ako .například sú .pojezdové mosty, dopravníky a pod. a rieši problém zjednodušenia příslušného zariadenia pri jeho využitelnosti pre l'ubovol'ne dlhé pojazdy. Podstatou riešenia je použitie dvoch mechanicky přepojených elektromotorov so vzájomným prevodom do pomala a společným prevodom na poháňanú časť příslušného mechanizmu.The solution concerns a device ensuring smooth start-up and smooth stop of moving parts of machines, such as .for example .travel bridges, conveyors, etc. and solves the problem of simplifying the relevant device while making it usable for arbitrarily long journeys. Vynález sa týká zariadenia zabezpečujúeeho plynulý rozběh a plynulé zastavovanie ipremiesťujúcich sa častí strojov, ako sú například pojazdové mosty, dopravníky a podobné.

Po rozběhu sa nevyznačeným ovládáním vypne rozběhový elektromotor 1 a pojezdový most 10 je udržovaný v pohybe elektromotorom 3 s nižším príkonom, pričom reťazový převod 2 a rozběhový elektromotor 1 sa volné otáča. Pri potrebe plynulého zastavenia sa znovu přepíná náhon na rozběhový elektromotor 1 a reťazový převod 2 do pomala zabezpečuje plynulé spomalenie až do požadovaného zastavenia.
Zariadenie podta vynálezu je s výhodou aplikovatelné například v konštrukcii strojov pre hrubú keramiku v staivebníctve.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a device for providing smooth start-up and continuous stopping of moving parts of machines such as traveling bridges, conveyors and the like.
To date, a costly control device for controlling the electric motor or a continuous transmission is used for this purpose; their common disadvantage is an increase in costs. Lever systems are also used, but they are only suitable for short travels.
The above-mentioned drawbacks are largely eliminated by the solution of the invention, which is based on a device consisting of two electric motors of different power, mechanically coupled by a chain, the second electric motor being a chain connected to a gearbox, from which a bridge, a chain wheel and a pulley is moved over track.
The device according to the invention has a higher effect compared to the prior art, consisting in a substantial simplification of the respective device and its applicability for tubular long travels.
The device of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment.
The device consists of two eleictromotors 1, 3 interconnected by a chain 2, the second electric motor 3 being connected 85 2 4 to the gear box 5 by a chain 4 and the torque of the gearbox 5 being transmitted by the chain 6 to the sprockets 7 which, when rotated, transmit the twisting torque by means of guide rollers 8 to a horizontal traction chain 9 attached to the travel track 11 of the traveling bridge 10, which is driven in the desired direction by the rotation of the electric motors 1, 3.
