Podstata riešenia spočívá v príprave řinutu z kalu získaného regeneráciou ťažkej tekutiny filtrováním cez filtračný materiál použitím oplachovacích vod, působením železného šrotu na rmut, Oddělení železného šrotu z rmutu po ukončení jeho působenia, filtrovaní rmutu cez filtračný materiál a destilácii ortuti obsiahnutej vo filtračnom koláči získanom filtrováním rmutu a na povrchu železného šrotu. 249908 249908The essence of the solution consists in preparing the coil from the sludge obtained by regenerating the heavy liquid by filtering through the filter material using rinsing waters, treating the scrap metal with iron scrap, separating the scrap iron from the mash after its treatment, filtering the mash through the filter material and distilling the mercury contained in the filter cake obtained by filtering mash and on the surface of scrap iron. 249908 249908

OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the recovery of mercury from sludge recovered from the recovery of heavy liquids prepared from mercury salts and from rinsing water products of the ores, non-minerals, coal or other materials.

So far, mercury from the sludge recovered from the recovery of heavy liquor prepared from the mercury salt and rinsing water of the ore, non-ore, coal, or other substance is not recovered and the sludge, possibly rinsing water, is disposed of.

The disadvantage of this procedure is the loss of mercury as well as environmental pollution.

Výhody vynálezu spočívajú v zabránění strát ortuti obsiahnutej v kaloch, získaných pri regenerovaní ťažkej tekutiny, pripravenej zo soli ortuti a z oplachovacích vód produktov rozplavovania nerastných surovin. PříkladThis drawback is eliminated by the method of obtaining mercury from the sludge recovered from the regeneration of the heavy liquid prepared from the mercury salt and rinsing water products of the flocculation, the principle of which consists of sludge mash obtained by filtering heavy liquid through the filter material using rinsing water products of the flocculation, iron scrap mash, separation of scrap iron from the mash after the end of its operation, filtering the mash containing precipitated mercury from scrap and distilling mercury contained in the filter cake obtained by filtering the mash and on the scrap metal surface. The recovery of mercury from the sludge recovered from the recovery of the heavy fluid prepared from the mercury salt and rinsing water of the dissolution products is achieved by filtering the contaminated heavy fluid through the filter material, preparing the mash from the filter cake retained on the filter material by using rinsing water of 100g thickening products. i-1, the action of scrap iron on the mash with a weight of 50 to 100 kg. m-3 for 150 to 180 hours, separating the mash scrap after it has ceased, filtering the mash through the filter material, and distilling the mercury contained in the filter cake obtained by filtering the mash and on the scrap metal surface. The advantages of the invention consist in preventing the mercury losses contained in the sludge recovered from the recovery of the heavy liquid prepared from the mercury salt and from the rinsing water of the mineralization products. Example

Prevedenie sposobu získavania ortuti z kalov získaných pri regenerovaní ťažkej tekutiny, pripravenej zo soli ortuti a z oplachovacích vód produktov rozplavovania podl'a vynálezu spočívá vo filtrácii znečistenej ťažkej tekutiny cez hustú filtračnú tkaninu vo filtračnej odstredivke, připadne rmutu z kalu zachyteného na filtračnej tkanině použitím oplachovacích vód o zahuštění 100 g. i“1, působení železného šrotu na rmut o hmotnosti 50 kg . m-3 rmutu po dobu 180 hodin bez premiešavania rmutu so šrotom, oddělení železného šrotu z rmutu po ukončení jeho působenia na sitovom triediči, filtrácii rmutu cez hustú filtračnú tkaninu vo filtračnej odstredivke a vydestilovaní ortuti obsiahnutej vo filtračnom koláči získanom filtráciou rmutu a na železnom šrote. The process of recovering mercury from the sludge recovered from the recovery of the heavy fluid prepared from the mercury salt and rinsing water of the products of the invention consists in filtering contaminated heavy fluid through a dense filter cloth in a filter centrifuge, optionally mashing from sludge collected on the filter fabric using rinse water on thickening of 100 g. i “1, treatment of scrap iron with a weight of 50 kg. m-3 mash for 180 hours without mashing the scrap mash, separating the scrap iron from the mash after it has been sieved, filtering the mash through a dense filter cloth in the filter centrifuge and distilling the mercury contained in the filter cake obtained by mash filtration and iron scrap .
