Mezilehlá izolační vrstva je tvořena betonovou izolační směsí, sestávajíc! z 30 až 40 hmotnostních procent plaveného křemičitého písku o zrnitosti 0,1 až 0,16 mm, 30 až 40 hmotnostních procent cementu a 20 až 40 hmotnostních procent vodního roztoku, obsahujícího 0,2 hmotnostní procenta uhličitanu sodného, 0,02 hmotnostní procenta čpavku a 0,03 hmotnostní procenta železnatých solí. The intermediate insulating layer is made of a concrete insulating mixture, consisting of 30 to 40 weight percent of floated silica sand with a grain size of 0.1 to 0.16 mm, 30 to 40 weight percent of cement and 20 to 40 weight percent of an aqueous solution containing 0.2 weight percent of sodium carbonate, 0.02 weight percent of ammonia and 0.03 weight percent of ferrous salts. The lining can be used advantageously in all concrete structures where there is a requirement for watertightness and strength, especially in the construction or rehabilitation of tunnel linings.
Description
Vynález se týká tunelové obezdívky, tvořené armovaným betonovým pláštěm, kotveným do skalního masívu, na něj nastříkanou mezilehlou izolační vrstvou a na mezilehlou izolační vrstvu navazující krycí vrstvou stříkaného betonu.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a tunnel lining consisting of a reinforced concrete jacket anchored in a rock mass, sprayed with an intermediate insulating layer and an intermediate insulating layer adjoining the sprayed concrete cover layer.
Jsou to technologie několikastupňové injektáže výplňové a těsnicí, technologie budování různých systémů odvodňovacích soustav a technologie zpevňování stávajícího zdivá stříkaným betonem s výztužnou sítí.At present, three basic technologies are used for the construction or rehabilitation of tunnels, which to a certain extent meet the basic requirements for tunnel construction. These are multistage injection and filler grouting technology, construction of various drainage systems and technology of reinforcing the existing masonry with shotcrete with reinforcing mesh.
The basic disadvantage of these known technologies is that the materials used in the construction of tunnels according to known technological processes do not exclude water spillages and leaks. Freezing of the damp layers of the lining leads to their breakage, cracks and thus a reduction in the service life of the building. Water seeping onto the superstructure reduces the adhesion coefficient and at the same time, especially in frosts or when changing the frosty and warmer weather, causes disturbance of the superstructure and thus shortening its service life. In addition, the conductivity of the insulating devices is adversely increased during electric traction operation.
To achieve the watertightness of the tunnel lining, either chemical additives, most often made on the basis of chlorides or alkali silicates, can be used, which are added to concrete mixtures or continuous insulating materials of high quality.
The disadvantage of the first of these solutions is that with the use of known chemical additives, perfect watertightness cannot be achieved, hair cracks form during the maturing of the concrete and, in addition, these chemical additives significantly reduce the quality of the concrete mixture, especially the final concrete strength. The basic disadvantage of the second known solution, i.e. the use of continuous high-quality insulating materials, is that it is not possible to achieve a static interaction of the lining with the new repair layer, since an insulator layer is interposed between the concrete layers. Moreover, this method is laborious, time consuming and expensive, even because it cannot be mechanized. For these reasons, insulating covers based on bituminous materials, plasticized polyvinylchloride foils or plates with metal inserts have not been used in our tunnels as well.
Uvedené nevýhody dosavadního stavu do značné míry odstraňuje tunelová obezdívka, tvořená armovaným betonovým pláštěm, kotveným do skalního masívu, na něj nastříkanou mezilehlou izolační vrstvou a na mezilehlou izolační vrstvu navazující krycí vrstvou stříkaného betonu, podle vynálezu, jehož podstatou je, že mezilehlá izolační vrstva je tvořena betonovou izolační směsi, sestávající z 30 až 40 hmotnostních procent plaveného křemičitého písku o zrnitosti 0,1 až 0,16 mm, 30 až 40 hmotnostních procent cementu a 20 až 40 hmotnostních procent vodního roztoku, obsahujícího 0,2 hmotnostní procenta uhličitanu sodného, 0,02 hmotnostní proce-nta čpavku a 0,03 hmotnostní procenta železnatých solí.These disadvantages of the prior art are largely eliminated by a tunnel lining consisting of a reinforced concrete jacket anchored in a rock mass, sprayed with an intermediate insulating layer and an intermediate insulating layer adjoining the sprayed concrete cover according to the invention, which is based on the intermediate insulating layer. consists of a concrete insulating composition consisting of 30 to 40 weight percent of float silica sand with a particle size of 0.1 to 0.16 mm, 30 to 40 weight percent of cement and 20 to 40 weight percent of an aqueous solution containing 0.2 weight percent of sodium carbonate, 0.02 weight percent ammonia and 0.03 weight percent ferric salts.
The advantages of the tunnel lining according to the invention are, in particular, the achievement of a virtually perfect waterproof insulation while maintaining the strength of the tunnel lining, in particular ensured by the strength of the insulating layer and its perfect connection with adjacent concrete layers. The use of float quartz sand ensures the elimination of the presence of small impurities and clay, which are always present in smaller amounts in gravel and which significantly affect the water permeability of the concrete. The use of a fine fraction of this sand ensures optimum homogeneity of the insulating layer.
Ještě další výhodou řešení podle vynálezu je, že umožňuje použít při sanaci tunelových staveb mechanizace a tak snížit počet pracovníků nejméně třikrát a zvýšit produktivitu práce až patnáctkrát, což je zvlášt A further advantage of the solution according to the invention is the reduction of the thickness of the remediation layer by at least one third compared to the prior art, which means that during the rehabilitation of the tunnel lining the excavation does not have to be made to obtain space necessary to accommodate the classic back insulation. Another advantage is the saving of material resulting from the reduced thickness of the remediation layer, especially in view of the fact that, according to the prior art, chemical additives have been added to all layers of the tunnel lining to achieve watertightness. Yet another advantage of the solution according to the invention is that it allows the use of mechanization in the rehabilitation of tunnel structures, thus reducing the number of workers at least three times and increasing labor productivity up to fifteen times, which is particularly
významné vzhledem k tomu, že pracoviště uvnitř sanovaného tunelu jsou vesměs pracoviště riziková .Significant as workplaces inside the redeveloped tunnel are generally risky workplaces.
Vodní roztok obsahuje vodotěsné přísady, a to 0,2 procent uhličitanu sodného, 0,02 procent čpavku a 0,03 procent železnatých solí, například uhličitanu železnatého. In an exemplary embodiment of a tunnel lining according to the present invention, a 20 nun thick insulating layer formed by weight of 36 percent of float silica sand having a grain size of 0.1 to 0 is sprayed onto the dry mass by spraying from a dry mixture onto a conventional reinforced concrete shell anchored to a rock mass. 16 mm, 36 percent cement and 28 percent aqueous solution. The aqueous solution contains waterproof additives, namely 0.2 percent sodium carbonate, 0.02 percent ammonia, and 0.03 percent ferrous salts, such as ferrous carbonate. The strength of this insulating layer after hardening is such that it permanently resists pressure up to 0.4 MPa. This insulating layer is then covered with a sprayed concrete covering layer.
The invention can advantageously be used in all concrete structures where both watertightness and strength are required, especially in the construction or rehabilitation of tunnel lining.
