Abstract
Zjištěné vlastnosti umožňují zužitkovat obtížný ekologický odpad a zhodnotit he v ochraně proti korozi, která v případě použití u ocelových rozvodů teplé vody užitkové znamená značné energetické a materiálové úspory. Zvýšení účinku odpadové louhovací lázně lze docílit popřípadě ještě zvýšením oxidu fosforečného přidáním poplyfosfátů.The solution concerns the protection and extension of the service life of steel hot water distribution systems attacked by corrosion and growth and at the same time the possibility of cleaning already attacked distribution systems from incrustations, if they are still passable. For protection, direct dosing of a hygienically harmless preparation is used, the essence of which is a waste supersaturated leaching bath of castings for which anti-corrosion and anti-incrustation properties have been found. The found properties allow the utilization of difficult ecological waste and its evaluation in corrosion protection, which in the case of use in steel hot water distribution systems means significant energy and material savings. Increasing the effect of the waste leaching bath can be achieved, if necessary, by increasing phosphorus pentoxide by adding polyphosphates.
Description
Vynález se týká problémů koroze a zarůstání rozvodů teplé vody užitkovéo Koroze,způsobená obsahem kyslíku ve voděfje u teplé vody užitkové urychlena ohřátím. Nasycená studená pitná voda kyslíkem se ohřátím odplynuje a uvolněný kyslík reaguje na stěnách rozvodů a zařízení z běžných kovů oxidačně. Pokračování koroze vede až k prorezivění a únikům teplé vody užitkové. Na korozním základě stěn dochází mimo korozi k vylučování rozpuštěných látek ve vodě a jejich krystalizaci způsobující zdrsňování stěn a postupnému zmenšování průřezů, až do úplné neprůchodnosti. Důsledky obou pochodů jsou ztráty energetické a materiálové. Ztráty energetické spočívají ve ztrátě tepla na ohřívání unikající teplé vody užitkové, ztráty tepla způsobené navlháním unikající vodou tepelných izolaci rozvodů teplé vody užitkové a souběžných rozvodů ústředního vytápění a dále ztráty elektrické energie ve zmařené čerpací práci únikem a zvýšenými odpory rozvodu. Ztráty materiálové spočívají v krátké životnosti rozvodů teplé vody užitkové a ústředního topení, jakož i znehodnocováním i dalších materiálůjz nichž jsou rozvody zhotoveny. Instalované zařízení zabírá stavební prostor a vyžaduje suroviny, obsluhu, údržbu a dozor. Přípravek vzniklý smícháním křemičitanů sodného, hydroxiduThe invention relates to the problems of corrosion and overgrowth of domestic hot water distribution. Corrosion caused by the oxygen content in water f is accelerated by heating in domestic hot water. Saturated cold drinking water with oxygen is degassed by heating and the released oxygen reacts oxidatively on the walls of mains systems and equipment. Continued corrosion leads to corrosion and hot water leaks. On the corrosive basis of the walls, in addition to the corrosion, the dissolved substances in the water are separated and crystallized, causing the walls to be roughened and gradually to reduce the cross-sections until they are completely impassable. The consequences of both processes are energy and material losses. The energy losses consist of the loss of heat for heating the escaping domestic hot water, the heat loss caused by the humidification of the escaping water thermal insulation of the domestic hot water and parallel central heating and the loss of electrical energy in the pumped pumping work by leakage and increased resistance. Material losses consist in the short lifetime of domestic hot water and central heating, as well as the deterioration of other materials from which the distribution is made. These materials, as well as their assembly, contain again the energy necessary for their production and processing. In addition, there are losses due to forgiveness in an attempt to drain the colored water. The use of domestic hot water treatment plants significantly increases the purchase and operation costs. The installed equipment occupies the building space and requires raw materials, operation, maintenance and supervision. The use of direct dosing of anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory and anti-incestants is advantageous for its simplicity, ease of automation and space-saving demands. Its great advantage is also the possibility of use on distribution systems already attacked by corrosion, largely overgrown, but still through. These lines are made clear by the use of a silicate-phosphate mixture when using an anticorrosive and anti-encrusting agent and their lifetime is prolonged by maintenance dosing. The product formed by mixing sodium silicates, hydroxide

The purpose of the liquor bath in the foundry is approximately 40% sodium hydroxide. It has been found that by such a leaching process of castings an already supersaturated waste bath has similar effects to the known anticorrosion and anticrustants produced by mixing sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide and polyphosphates containing 1 to 15 parts SiO 2 and 1 to 15 parts PgO 4. based on the weight of the prepared solution ·
Vyššího účinku protikorozního a protiinkrustačního působení .je možné u přesycené odpadové louhovací lázně docílit ještě příd avkem fosforečnanů a polyfosforečnanů v závislosti na chemickém složení vody, do které má být přípravek dávkován· Příkladem provedení známého přípravku je hexametafosfátju kterého byla metodou podle ČSN 83 06 15 naměřena inhibiční účinnost 32,2 %· Srovnávací měřeni vlastní odpadové louhovací lázně podle vynálezu, prováděné stejnou metodou, vykazuje inhibiční účinnost 42,4 %·Higher effect of anticorrosive and anti-encrusting effect can be achieved in supersaturated waste liquor bath by addition of phosphates and polyphosphates depending on the chemical composition of the water into which the product is to be dosed. An example of a known preparation is hexametaphosphate. 32.2% inhibition efficiency · Comparative measurement of the self-effluent waste liquor according to the invention carried out by the same method shows 42.4% inhibition efficiency ·
Louhovací lázeň)upravená přípravkem hexaaetafosfátujvykazuje inhibiční účinnost 51,3 až 57,2 %jV závislosti na množství přídavného polyfosfátů·The hexaaetaphosphate treated leaching bath exhibits an inhibitory activity of 51.3 to 57.2%, depending on the amount of additional polyphosphates.
