Abstract

Výstupní napětí sondy je vzorkováno* 1 a napětí z dolnOfrekvenční propusti kompenzuje přes zpětnovazební člen žádoucí změny a napětí z integračního členu kompenzuje nežádoucí změny magnetického» pole v sondě. The magnetometric detector is designed for detecting traffic parameters, such as indicating the presence and passage, measuring the speed and frequency of vehicle passages. The basic element is a differential induction probe. The probe is tuned to the second harmonic frequency of the rectangular excitation voltage by a capacitor connected to the output. The probe is excited by the optimal frequency and amplitude of the alternating voltage, at which the amplitude of the output voltage is the largest without introduced feedback. The output voltage of the probe is sampled* 1 and the voltage from the low-frequency pass-through compensates for the desired changes via the feedback element, and the voltage from the integration element compensates for the unwanted changes in the magnetic field in the probe. The magnetometric traffic detector can be used wherever it is necessary to detect vehicles or objects made of ferromagnetic material at a distance of up to 3 meters.

Description

The present invention provides a magnetometric detector, particularly for transport purposes, intended for detecting transport parameters. The detector indicates the passage or presence of a vehicle in a control zone, its speed, and can be used in automated control and / or traffic monitoring systems.

The disadvantage of existing devices is the power supply of the probe by sinusoidal voltage, change in sensitivity when changing parameters of individual elements, low sensitivity due to asynchronous detection and complex stabilization of the excitation voltage. Magnetometric detectors have different disadvantages. If they are able to compensate for unwanted magnetic fields themselves, they do not have the ability to quickly set up after installing the device or, in the event of a power failure during operation.

The principle of the rheometry detector according to the invention is that the output of the sensing element formed by the differential inductive probe is tuned to the second harmonic frequency of the excitation voltage by a capacitor with which it forms a resonant circuit. The output voltage, the amplitude of which is proportional to the change in the magnetic field caused by the vehicle, is sampled and applied to the low-pass filter, which filters out the second harmonic frequency and passes only the useful signal. From the low-pass filter output, which is also the output of the detector, a negative feedback is applied via the feedback element and the output of the sensor element to compensate for changes in the magnetic field. By introducing this feedback, the accuracy and stability of the device is increased.

Earth's magnetic field, interfering magnetic fields, as well as slow detector changes due to various influences are compensated by the fact that the voltage from the large time constant integrator is applied through the feedback element so that the output voltage is zero and only responds the desired changes in the magnetic field. The integrator time constant can be reduced automatically at power-on or by external command for quick alignment.

The sensing element is driven by voltage of rectangular shape, optimal amplitude and frequency. The optimum is determined for a particular type of differential inductive probe by gradually changing the frequency and then the amplitude of the excitation voltage and looking for the largest amplitude of the second harmonic frequency at the disconnected feedback members and at the magnetic field that does not cause the sensor core to become oversaturated. The tuning of the sensing element due to the change in the supply voltage * of the amplifier is eliminated by the dependence of the generator frequency on the supply voltage.

The main advantages of the magnetomagnetic detector according to the invention are: high sensitivity and stability at simplicity and low cost, and the possibility of rapid matching at start-up or during operation.

The drawing is a block diagram of the wiring of a magnetometric transport detector.

The magnetometric detector has a sensing element formed by a differential inductive probe 1. A capacitor 5 is connected in parallel to the solnda output and a sampling circuit 7, preferably formed by an inverse-connected transistor, is connected via a condensate separator 6. The output of the sampling circuit 7 is coupled to the input of the first or higher order active low pass filter 8. The low-pass filter output 8 is an output signal of the device and is coupled to both the integrator 10 and the feedback member 9. The integrator 10 has a time constant control input and its output is coupled to the feedback member 11, which is preferably formed in the same way as the feedback member. 9 resistance.

The AC voltage generator 2 of the rectangular waveform has a frequency dependent on the supply voltage. Its output is connected both to the sampling circuit 7 and to the frequency divider 3, which is formed by a bistable flip-flop, the output of which is connected to an amplifier 4 formed by complementary transistors. The output of the amplifier 4 is connected to the input of the sensing element.

The function of the device according to the invention is as follows: after connection of the device to the power supply in the absence of a means of transport, all external fields in the sensor element are compensated in the sensor element so that there is zero voltage at the device output. This compensation can also occur quickly when the integrator time constant is changed. This can be automatic or controlled by an external command.

Viewing the vehicle causes a change in the magnetic field in the sensing element, and a voltage proportional to this change appears at the output of the detector. The integrator 10 will not compensate for this change in magnetic field, since the needle often constant is much longer than the residence time of the vehicle within the detector range.

The device according to the invention can be used in automatic traffic control systems or in the detection and collection of traffic data. Furthermore, it can be used in automated production process control systems and other systems that need to detect vehicles or objects made of ferromagnetic material within 3 meters.
