Abstract
Riešenie sa zaoberá riešením vynášacieho zariadenia pre vynášanie výliskov (súčiastok) z nedostupného priestoru stroja do manipulačného priestoru obsluhy, manipulátora alebo priemyselného robota. Vynášacie zariadenie pozostává z rámu, v ktorom sa pohybuje vozík, ktorý je čiastočné otvorený pre zasunutie vertikálně zdvihaného unášača, opatřeného pružnými čelusťami.The solution deals with the solution of a removal device for removing moldings (parts) from an inaccessible area of the machine to the manipulation area of the operator, manipulator or industrial robot. Riešenie sa zaoberá riešením vynášacieho zariadenia pre vynášanie výliskov (súčiastok) z nedostupného priestoru stroja do manipulačného priestoru obsluhy, manipulátora alebo priemyselného robota. Vynášacie zariadenie pozostává z rámu, v ktorom sa pohybuje vozík, ktorý je čiastočné otvorený pre zasunutie vertikálně zdvihaného unášača, opatřeného pružnými čeiusťami. 2

Vynález sa týká vynášacieho zariadenia výliskov (súčiastok) z nedostupného priestoru lisu (stroja) do manipulačného priestoru obsluhy, manipulátora alebo priemyselného robota.
Vynášacie zariadenie je súčasťou lisovacieho pracoviska a plní funkciu zariadenia, ktoré umožní odoberanie výliskov (súčiastok) po vylisovaní v tej istej úrovni ako bol polotovar do lisu vložený. Zariadenie je určené pre manipuláciu so súčiastkami hriadefového aj přírubového charakteru, hlavně však pri operácii. ťahov, ked' polotovar je vkládaný do pracovného priestoru nad ťažnicou a po vylisovaní je pod ťažnicou. Problém vzniká hlavně u dlhých výliskov, keď s dížkou výlisku rastie aj stavebná výška lisu a po operácii lisovania je výlisok pod tažnicou podstatné nižšie, ako bol do stroja uložený. Často sa stává, že po vylisovaní je výlisok pod úrovňou podlahy dielne, čo v značnej miere komplikuje odoberanie výliskov ručně aj automaticky.
Pre odoberanie výliskov z lisu sa používajú rožne jednoúčelové zariadenia špeciálne konštruované pre daný typ výlisku. Vynášacie zariadenie je v podstatě univerzálně zariadenie.
Vynášacie zariadenie pozostávajúce z rámu, vozíka, unášača a pružných čelustí sa vyznačuje tým, že vozík, pohybujúci sa na ráme, je z jednej strany čiastočne otvorený pre zasunutie vertikálně zdvihaného unášača, opatřeného pružnými čelusťami.
Na obr. č. 1 je znázorněný pozdížny rez vynášacieho zariadenia a na obr. č. 2 je půdorys zariadenia.
Vynášacie zariadenie pozostáva z rámu 1, v ktorom sa pohybuje vozík 2. Vozík 2 je poháňaný pohonom 7 reťazou alebo pneumatickým valcom, po případe lineárnym hydromotorom. Vozík 2 je čiastočne otvorený tak, aby otvorom mohol prejsť unášač 3. Unášač 3 spolu s čefusťami 6 vedením 5 a pohonom 4 vytvára zdvihovú jednotku. Súčasťou vozíka 3 je kůš, ktorý sa prisposobuje tvaru výlisku.
Na obr. č. 1 je vozík umiestnený v pozícii pod ťažnicou lisu. Výlisok 8 spadne do kosa vozíka 2. Následovně vozík 2 sa premiestni pomocou pohonu 7 do priestoru zdvihovej jednotky, kde výlisok 8 sa upne do čelusti 6 a unášač 3 je pod výliskom. Zdvihová jednotka zdvihne výlisok 8 do požadovanej výšky, kde je uchopený chápadlom manipulačného prostriedka a vozík 2 sa zároveň premiestni spát pod ťažnicu.
Zariadenie je možné využiť aj pri iných technologických operáciách, kde je potřebné vyniesť orientované súčiastky zo stroja do manipulačného priestoru obsluhy, manipulátora alebo priemyselného robota.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to a discharge device for moldings (parts) from an unavailable press area (machine) to an operator, manipulator or industrial robot handling area.
The discharge device is part of the press station and functions as a device that allows the extrusion of the moldings (parts) after pressing at the same level as the blank was inserted. The device is designed for handling of shaft and flanged parts, mainly during operation. when the blank is inserted into the working space above the mine and is pressed under the mine after pressing. The problem arises mainly in the case of long moldings, when the construction height of the press increases with the length of the molding, and after the molding operation, the molding under the die is substantially lower than it was stored in the machine. Often, after molding, the molding is below the workshop floor level, which greatly complicates the removal of moldings manually and automatically.
For the extraction of moldings from the press, single-purpose barbecue equipment is used specially designed for the type of molding. The discharge device is essentially a universal device.
The discharge device consisting of a frame, a carriage, a carrier and resilient jaws is characterized in that the carriage moving on the frame is partially open on one side for insertion of a vertically raised carrier provided with resilient jaws.
FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the discharge device and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the device.
The discharge device comprises a frame 1 in which the carriage 2 is moved. The carriage 2 is driven by a drive 7 by a chain or pneumatic cylinder, optionally by a linear hydraulic motor. The carriage 2 is partially opened so that the entrainer 3 can pass through the opening. The trolley 3 includes a leather which is shaped like a molded part.
Figure 1 shows the carriage positioned under the press center of the press. The die 8 falls into the carriage chute 2. Subsequently, the carriage 2 is moved by the drive 7 into the space of the lifting unit, where the die 8 is clamped into the jaw 6 and the carrier 3 is under the molding. The lift unit lifts the molding 8 to the desired height where it is gripped by the gripper of the handling means and the carriage 2 is also moved to sleep under the center of gravity.
The device can also be used in other technological operations, where it is necessary to carry out oriented parts from the machine to the handling area of the operator, manipulator or industrial robot.
