Abstract
Riešenie sa týká zariadenia pre oddelovanie a podávanie elektronických súčiastok pozostávajúce z prívodných sklzov navázujúcich na oddělovač, ktorý je tvořený dvomi vedla seba prestavitelne uloženými kotúčmi. Obvod kotúčov je opatřený súosími drážkami. Medzi prednými sklzmi a kotúčmi je vytvořená medzera menšia ako priemer vývodu.The solution concerns a device for separating and feeding electronic components consisting of feed chutes connected to a separator, which is formed by two discs arranged next to each other in a repositionable manner. Vynález sa týká zariadenia pre oddelovanie podávanie elektronických súčiastok opatrených dvoma vývodmi.The invention relates to a device for separating the feeding of electronic components provided with two outlets.
Před zakladaním elektronických súčiastok do dosiek plošných spojov sa vykonává tvarovanie vývodov elektronických súčiastok, aby pevne držall v doškách a v požadovanom tvare. K tvarovaniu musia byť elektronické súčiastky podávané s vyrovnanými vývodmi, pričom vyrovnáváme sa vykonává na rovnakom zariadení a to elektronických súčiastok podávaných jednotlivo. Je známe aj tvarovanie elektronických súčiastok, ktoré sú balené páskované, u ktorých rovnanie a oddelovanie před tvarováním nie je potřebné.
