Abstract
Zariadenie žádného dorazu' s mechanickou pamáťou, najmá na ohýbacích strojoch na plech pracuje so zaručenou presnosťou pri opakovanej výrobě. To sa dosiahne tým, že sada odstupňovaných náražiek je rozmiestnená podlá potřeby a připevněná k lište, ktorá je aretovaná kolíkom a připevněná k základovej doske. Pri zmene výrobného programu sa odloží lišta s připevněnými náražkami ako mechanická pamáť pre opakovaná výrobu. Na základová došku sa připevní nová lišta s narážkami prisposobenými novej výrobě.The no-stop device with mechanical memory, used on sheet metal bending machines, works with guaranteed accuracy during repeated production. Vynález rieši zariadenie žádného dorazu u ohýbacích strojoch s mechanickou pamaťou.The invention provides a device of no stop for bending machines with mechanical memory.
Je známe zariadenie žádného dorazu, ktoré pozostáva z vodiacich tyčí, priečky a zaisťovacích skrutiek. Nevýhodou tohto· zariadenia je nutnost prestavenia priečky pri změně výrobného programu a tým vyvolané nepřesnosti pri opakovanom nastavení priečky. Túto nevýhodu odstraňuje zariadenie podlá vynálezu, ktorého· podstata spočívá v tom, že pozostáva zo základovej došky, na ktorú je pomocou aretačného kolíka a skrutiek připevněná lišta nesúca sadu odstupňovaných náražiek. Lišta je aretovaná so základnou doskou a je možné ju odložit pre případ opakujúcej sa výroby ako mechanickú pamáť. Zariadenie odstraňuje nutnost 716 !' 4 prestavenia priečky pri zmene výrobného programu.
