Abstract

Zariadenie na testovanie náplně kolóny pre kvapalinovú chromatografiu je určené na testovanie kolón pre vysokoúčinnú kvapalinovú chromatografiu. Zariadenie pozostáva zo zásobníka so zmesou kvapalín, čerpadla, šesťvstupového trojcestného vysokotlakového ventila, kolóny, detektore, zbernej nádoby, kapilár, zapisovača a jeho podstata spočívá v tom, že čerpadlo je připojené kapilárou ku šesťvstupovému trojcestnému vysokoítlakovému ventilu na vstupe, ktorý susedí z oboch stráň so vstupmi, na ktoré je připojená krátká kapilára, na vstupe protilahlom ku vstupu, ku ktorému je připojené čerpadlo, je připojený detektor a kolóna je připojená ku vstupom, ktoré sú najbližšie ku vstupu s připojeným detektorům.
