Podstata sposobu výroby prostriedku spočívá v tom, že glykoly s močovinou sa zlúčia pri pH 3 až 7, teplote 20 až 90 °C po dobu 240 minút.The composition consists of a condensation product of monomeric, oligomeric or polymeric glycols and urea in a molar ratio of 1:1 to 1:4. Podstata sposobu výroby prostriedku spočívá v tom, že glykoly s močovinou sa zlúčia pri pH 3 až 7, teplote 20 až 90 °C po dobu 240 minút.The composition consists of a condensation product of monomeric, oligomeric or polymeric glycols and urea in a molar ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 4. Aglomerované materiály na báze dřeva ako drevotrieskové, pilinové, pazderové a iné došky sa s výhodou vyrábajú za použitia močovino-formaldehydových lepidiel. Použitie lepidiel na tejto báze má za následok uvoíňovanie zdraviu škodlivého formaldehydu počias výroby, ďalšieho spracovania i užívania dosák, čo je dané chemickou podstatou používaných močovino-formaldehydových lepidiel. Za účelom zníženia úniku formaldehydu z aglomerovaných materiálov lepených močovino-formaldehydovými lepidlami boli zavedené rózne modifikácie popísaných lepidiel. Úpravy lepidiel sú buď viazané na použitie pre tieto účely ťažko dostupných látok ako je melamín a rezorcín, alebo riešía problém iba čiastočne, modifikáciou přípravkami na báze močoviny, například AO CSSR č. 179 159 sa týká prostriedku na viazanie formaldehydu v močovino-formaldehydových lepidlách a spósobu jeho výroby, AO ČSSR č. 179 158 rieši trieskovú došku a spósob jej výroby, AO CSSR č. 167 432 popisuje spósob výroby aglomerovanýcih dosáik a AO ČSSR 234 437 rieši hygienicky nezávadné aglomerované došky a spósob ich výroby. Iným postupom na zníženie úniku formaldehydu z aglomerovaných materiálov je ich dodatečná úprava, pri ktorej sa vyhotovené došky ošetria látkou reagujúcou s formaldehydom. K tomuto účelu sa používá amoniak a jeho soli, například AO ČSSR 248 973, ktorá rieši prípravok redukujúci únik formaldehydu. Popísanú dodatočnú úpravu dosák riešía aj patenty NSR DOS 2 903 524 a DOS 2 804 514. Uvedené zásahy do technologie výroby aglomerovaných dosák sice znižujú intenzitu úniku formaldehydu z nich, nezaručujú však zábranu proti dodatečnému úniku formaldehydu, ktorý sa tvoří v dósledku hydrolýzy močovino-formaldehydových lepidiel. Prostriedky doteraz používané na dodatočné ošetrenie dosák nemajú dostatočnú schopnosť reagovat s formaldehydom za rovnovážnej vlhkosti dosák, pri ktorej sa dalej spracovávajú a používajú ako výrobky.Agglomerated wood-based materials such as chipboard, sawdust, shovel and other thatch are preferably produced using urea-formaldehyde adhesives.
