Abstract
ReSení se týká oblasti chirurgie zejména elektrochirureickýoh přístrojů, určených pro provedeni bezkrvých operací na kostních a chrupavčitých tkáních. Elektroehirurgický přístroj obsahuje řezací pracovní část, provedenou ve tvaru kotouče z izolačního materiálu, elektrody, které jsou umístěny s ním souose po jeho obou stranách, a mají tvar kotoučových fréz, jejiohž břity jaou vytvořeny jako střídající se úseky se zuljy, přesahující kotouč a úseky bez zubů. Úseky frézy se zuby jsou umístěny naproti úsekům fréz bez zubů· Blízko břitu kotoučových fréz jsou provedeny otvory.The solution relates to the field of surgery, in particular to electrosurgical devices intended for performing bloodless operations on bone and cartilage tissues. The electrosurgical device comprises a cutting working part made in the shape of a disc made of insulating material, electrodes which are placed coaxially with it on both sides thereof, and have the shape of disc cutters, the edges of which are formed as alternating sections with teeth, extending beyond the disc, and sections without teeth. The sections of the cutter with teeth are placed opposite the sections of the cutters without teeth. Holes are made near the edges of the disc cutters.
